When you first enter this gated private property, you are welcomed by a large, natural rock fountain and waterfall that pours into a free-form tiled swimming pool . The spacious private courtyard and garden area has plenty of pool-side furniture including cushioned chaise lounge chairs. There's also a table and chairs under the palapa covered patio for outdoor dining, right next to a built in gas BBQ grill, sink and food preparation counter.

About 500 meters from the Mexican Caribbean, within a few blocks of two large and modern grocery/liquor stores with deli & bakery, movie theater, and bowling alley. Ten cousins met in Cozumel for a short week's stay. This villa was a perfect place for us to meet. Conveniently located - a few blocks to the main street and 2 large grocery stores, walking distance to a variety of shopping and dining places. Spacious outside gathering area with ample pool chairs for sunning, along with sheltered seating in the palapa. Pool complete with waterfall enticed us to spend most of our time in the beautiful courtyard area, but found the inside to also be accomodating for our large group. Two story floor plan offered privacy, beds and pillows very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with necessities, washer and dryer available. Maid service was excellent, everything was well-maintained, rental personnel very pleasant.

I have stayed at Villas Caballitos five times over the last several years, the most recent in July of this year. It is a beautifully constructed property with lush plantings around the pool, comfortable beds, well maintained furnishings and even TV from the States! The kitchen has up to date major appliances, plenty of cooking utensils, and washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and individual a/C units that allow complete privacy and environmental control. This property is obviously well maintained by the management company and the few problems we have had during our stays have been immediately resolved. I highly recommend this property and look forward to my next visit.
