Description
Casa Colonial consists of 4 uniquely designed villas in a lush tropical garden setting and combines the feel of Old Colonial Mexico with all the modern conveniences of today.
Each villa can accommodate a party of 4 comfortably; with portable beds available for a fifth guest or for special sleeping arrangements. You can rent one villa or all four villas depending on the size of your party.
All 4 villas have two levels. The master bedroom and second bedroom are located on the upper level of each villa; along with separate full bathrooms. The living room, dining room, and kitchen, are located on the first level. There is even a 1/2 bathroom located on the first level for your convenience. Each villa comes equipped with a personal washer and dryer and has maid service up to 2 times per week. There is high speed Wi Fi connectivity, a front office for free calls to the U.S., Canada & throughout Mexico.
The property is equipped with a covered Bbq area, heated pool (during the winter months), a designated SCUBA area with outdoor shower - rinse tank/gear rack, and our new Pavilion that can seat up to 16 + guests; a Special Events Planner is available to arrange fiestas & weddings; Mexican cooking lessons for 8+ guests etc.
Our awesome Property Manager also does concierge for our guests. A certified masseuse can also be arranged in the privacy of your villa.
An exclusive on-site parking area is directly outside the front entry.
Casa Colonial is centrally located close to everything. The supermarket is 1 1/2 blocks away and the best restaurants and shops are all located within walking distance of Casa Colonial.
