Called "Villa Coralina" home for a week
Left on 04/23/2013 for a stay in April 2013
My husband and family just stayed at Costa Del Sol's Villa Coralina. I never want to stay in a hotel or all inclusive again! This place was ideal for our lodgings in Cozumel. The villa was clean, spacious, and had beautiful surroundings. This gated community feels very safe and relaxing. You saw people off and on, but so quiet and peaceful. Our scuba team picked us up at the dock on the property. The fully furnished kitchen was awesome. We had groceries stocked prior to arrival (a service that is offered) and the in house chef service (also a service offered). The villas also has a washer/dryer, Wi-fi and a us landline to make calls home. I loved this place and am planning a visit back as soon as I can. This is great for families or several couples travelling together.

This house and the surrounding properties was perfect for us. The house is huge. We had 8 people and it was perfect. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. There is a king bedroom on the first floor that I would consider a master...until I went upstairs and realized that the entire second floor is another bedroom, bath, and walks out on a second floor patio that spans an incredible view of the ocean. The kitchen was perfect for those that wanted to cook and the laundry room made it easy for a little touch up laundry. Really easy for diving. The boat would pick us up every day at the pier that is on property. The pool is an infinity pool and was a mainstay for us. Hanging at the pool after diving and looking out at the ocean. Just amazing. It was very secure and is gated with someone on site at all time and a garage for the car. There were several houses in the complex, so we got to meet some other people as well. The grounds are very well groomed. This place just extended the charm of the island. It really was paradise. I hope to stay here for years to come. I struggle to find anything bad to say, so I won't.

My extended family includes 12 scuba divers. We knew we wanted to take an amazing trip to Cozumel for a week of diving and relaxation. while I have been to Cozumel many times, I had never before rented a house. Given the size of our party, we knew hotel rooms wouldn't do. After researching options, we found George and Casa Coralina. George was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process easy. We were met at the airport as promised and transported to Casa Coralina. Walking in, we were amazed by the Villa. It was beautiful, well appointed, well maintained and more impressive than the many pictures we had viewed prior to our arrival. The property was beautifully situated, plenty of room for all of us, comfortable, beautiful kitchen and a dining room table that all 12 of us could sit at. Just a few steps to the pool, hot tub and beach. Ideally situated rightnoff the best diving reefs, diving was easy. We loaded up our gear, walked down the private pier just beyond the pool, and waited for the dive boat to pick us up. Being right on the reefs, it took no time at all to get to the dive sites. The Villa has a beautiful huge sun deck where we dryed our gear after diving. Half of our guests chose to sleep out on the beautiful sun deck at night, because it was so comfortable and the night sky beautiful. On the one night it rained, there were plenty of available beds inside.
It was a perfect location for an amazing family dive trip. I highly recommend Casa Coralina and George for the perfect Cozumel vacation! We are looking forward to our next visit to Casa Coralina!! -

We completely enjoyed our stay at Villa Coralina in Cozumel Mexico! The home is large and has every comfort of home that you can imagine. We were very comfortable there and it is great for large families or groups of friends. It has great bathrooms in all 4 bedrooms. Large, well appointed common areas, great kitchen for cooking anything you would like. The huge roof top deck is really awesome. The grounds and pool are beautiful too. It is really a relaxing atmosphere for divers as well as those who do not dive. My husband and friends dive but I do not, however, I completely enjoy myself relaxing by the pool while they are out diving. They are picked up right there at the dock and I can sit by the pool and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and see them coming back in after their dive. The pool is also very nice and refreshing. The next time your travels take you to Cozumel, I highly recommend renting Villa Coralina in the Costa del Sol resort!

Very beautifully decorated Villa. Spacious and clean, with great ameneties on the property, like a hot tub and oceanside pool. We went scuba diving and the boat picked us up right off the pier located on the property! Several large bedrooms, huge bathrooms with showers and full size tubs! This trip made for some great memories. We will definitely be back.
And a huge plus was that the property manager was very helpful in booking our stay and recommending activities around the island. -

We had an amazing time staying at Villa Carolina vacation rental in Cozumel. The house is gorgeous I loved having a private boat dock and pier for scuba diving trips. My friends said the location was awesome and they loved having a pool right on the ocean it was the perfect vacation getaway, for priceless fun. The house is very spacious and kept immaculate, I recommend this place to anyone headed to the Cozumel.

This was our first time in Cozumel; we've been going to Cancun and Playa del Carmen for years. We stayed at Villa Coralina, the rate compared to villas right on the beach was well worth the savings, and we got a much larger villa, it was quiet and closer to the parking area, and a quick walk to the beachfront infinity edge pool. We will never go anywhere else. This is it! From the first full day we got there, we began planning our return trip.
We were concerned about the walk to the pool and beach which was surprisingly short; it felt like a few seconds, actually less than a minute, faster than getting down from a six floor condo. Villa Coralina and Costa del Sol are much quieter than the condos we rented in past years. A single detached villa is the only way to go. Another lesson learned, why rent a condo or a duplex, when you can get a whole villa for about the same price or less?
The villa was spacious and tastefully decorated, everything seemed huge, the rooms are spacious we had 12 in our 3 families including 4 children and it was perfect. The dining table seated 12 in a large dining hall, and the huge kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking utensils for us to feel right at home. Linens, towels and beach towels were provided. There were pool toys and snorkel gear as well. The maid service in mid week was just right!
Our dive and snorkeling excursions boat picked us up right from the on-site pier. This alone was worth every penny we paid.
There is so much to do in Cozumel for us to keep coming back for years, and if we feel the urge to go to the mainland, it is a short ferry ride. We are already looking to book Villa Coralina for this year, the pictures on their website don't do the place justice.
You have to experience it for yourself! -

Villa Coralina is more beautiful than what is reflected in the pictures. We had an amazing stay! You could not ask for a more welcoming and wonderful place to be. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The villa is beautiful, immaculate, well-equipped and very spacious.
The grounds and pool are stunning and the sunsets you will get the privilege of seeing are breath-taking. If you are a diver, the community has a dock where you can be personally picked up by the dive company. If you are just looking for relaxing sun-bathing, the pool or the deck on the upper level of the house will be most accommodating.
We rented scooters and they were brought directly to the house. We spent a fun afternoon roaming the island and stopping at all the beach bars on the east side of the island. The ocean is very different from east to west side and you must experience both! -

My family spent a fabulous week over New Years 2008 and had a great time! The staff assisting with the villa was very attentive and very helpful with anything we needed. The villa itself if gorgeous! Very clean, and decorated tastefully. A short walk to the pool and great snorkeling right off the dock (so amazing to swim with the stingrays right below you!) There were 12 of us and there was more than enough room for all of us. I would highly suggest this home for your next vacation, I'm actually back looking at availability for myself!

I have visited Cozumel many times and stayed at resorts but this is my absolute favorite place to stay. We now stay at Villa Coralina every year. It’s in a small private gated community. The house is huge. It’s great for a large group of friends or a family. I travel with a big group of friends and there is plenty of room in the house for all of us to be comfortable. Every bedroom has a big master bathroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped. We like to cook breakfast at the house each morning. The scuba divers in our group are picked up at the dock in the neighborhood. The beach and pool are quiet, private and wonderful. Villa Coralina is the perfect place for the perfect vacation. I can’t wait to go back!

Kings Mountain, North CarolinaParadise abounds...Absolutely Beautiful

A group of us rented Villa Coralina and found it to be so much more than we could ask for. We had such a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated, well equipped and most importantly...immaculate.
This was my first experience in Cozumel and it's hard to know what to expect in when you are traveling outside of the United States, but these accomodations did not disappoint in any way. We could not have been more pleased.
The grounds are well maintained and are gorgeous. When you stay here you are in your own little paradise. It is so idyllic. The pool is next to the ocean and it is so peaceful and picturesque. The sunsets here are like no other. You will have a most memorable time.
The house is convientienly located. Just far enough out to be away from noisy crowds and traffic but close enough to visit many attractions and go into town for dinner. The kitchen is equipped to where you do not have to go out if you do not want. You have everything you need to cook fabulous dinners if you so choose.
I also really liked the fact this is a private community with a guard at the gate entrance. It has an extra sense of security if that is something you are concerned about. No issues with parking and the house has a wonderful deck on the roof for sunbathing, resting in the awesome hammocks, or just hanging out in the evenings. It was perfect for our group.
If you are a diver, there is a pier where the dive company can come and pick you up without ever going anywhere and the outside showers make for easy clean-up when you get back from a trip.
This was one of the best vacations I have ever had and I plan to visit Cozumel and rent Villa Coralina annually. I would not want to risk staying anywhere else because I fear disappointment. This place had everything you could need. -

Left on 09/08/2011 for a stay in May 2009
Cozumel Villa Coralina was the perfect place for a group of old friends to have a reunion. The Villa was great because it was close to town if you wanted to go to dinner and the taxi fare was reasonable. The pool and beach were right in the Villa's "backyard" so some days we didn't leave the Villa grounds. The house was beautiful and would be great for large groups or families. Great kitchen and porches. My friends and I had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend renting the Villa.

I love vacationing in Cozumel and will always choose to stay at Villa Coralina. The house has all of the conveniences and then some of home. You never have to leave if you do not want to but with the convenience of all of the adventures and activities that the island has to offer, you can't help but to venture out. I enjoy the lazy days in the house, on the upper deck, by the pool, on the dock as well as when we visit the down town to enjoy the local culture. Everything is always a nice drive away either by car, boat or scooter. This is the one vacation I enjoy and I call Villa Coralina my home away from home!

The minute we got off the air plane our vacation began. They waited on us hand and foot. They carried in our luggage and than we met with the property manager that spoke english which was very helpful in a spanish speaking culture. The property manger was also very helpful in guiding us as to where to eat and let us know where the night life was happening.
We were very impressed with this property!
