'The best kept secret in Cozumel.'- Villa Eden is one of the most luxurious, private oceanfront villas in Cozumel. A magnificent 5 bedroom home located right at the oceanfront, in a beautiful and very private setting surrounded by a lush garden with a 40 foot freshwater pool looking at the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is not a part of a complex, it is all yours.

Two wooden decks for sunbathing, relaxing and for watching incredible sunsets are located 10 steps from the pool at the edge of the water with two ladders of 4 steps to assist you to the crystal clear water in front of the villa, which upon entry is 4 feet deep with a sandy bottom.... To swim or snorkel there is a treat reserved for the few.

All 5 bedrooms are facing the Caribbean. There is a house keeper each day but Sunday.

A roof garden on the third floor with a bar. There is also a handmade hot tub by the ocean, to relax and watch the boats.

A cook and other services are available upon request.

About the oceanfront: Some guests ask about a sandy beach before arriving. There are several 1 to 5 minute drive away from the villa. Or 2 minute walk. But, almost all of our guests once at the villa, never ask us or go to one again. The combination of the crystal clear water in front of the villa, the one of a kind location with privacy and serenity and they all say to us, why go anywhere else? Truly, one of the best locations and villas in the Riviera Ma;ya. We rent Direct so we can effort to offer a better price.

Villa houskeeper, gardener and cook service: Villa Eden is a luxurious Mediterranean style villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an open living space with a large freshwater pool all facing the crystal clear water of the Caribbean. The price includes a maid service each day but Sunday from around 10 to 2 and a gardener. A cook service is available and optional.

As always we provide and use only the finest appliances, furniture, fixtures, mattresses etc. ... available to us. We make our villas a 'touch above' in Cozumel, and luxurious as possible.   Thank you, Ronen, for renting us your amazing villa! Villa Eden was the perfect place for our family vacation. We were 6 adults, 2 teens and 1 baby, and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy meals together, or hang out together by the pool or in front of the ocean.
  
  The outdoor space was gorgeous! It was full of greenery and there were lots of places to sit and relax... the pool area with lounge chairs and a shaded area near the house... a covered deck area with a hammock overlooking the water...the jacuzzi area also overlooking the ocean... and a great covered deck area just on the waterfront. There was also a rooftop deck where we could watch the sunset over the water (stunning!). The kids all got a kick out of the iguanas who could sometimes be seen outdoors.
  
  The water in front of the house was so clear - we snorkeled right there and saw so many fish! We also went on a few excursions... My husband and son went diving for the first time and loved it! And we all went on a snorkeling trip which was the most unbelievable experience... we saw starfish, stingray, dolphins(!), baraccuda fish, sea turtles, and so many other tropical fish that I can't name... truly amazing!
  
  The house was very clean, comfortable and well kept. The rooms were large and there was good air conditioning in every room. Jenny the house-keeper was fantastic. She cooked us a wonderful meal one night, and she cleaned every day and made sure that we had fresh towels too. Victor was also great - he looked after the grounds everyday.
  
  I would go back to Villa Eden in a heartbeat! We had such a wonderful stay in what felt like a little corner of paradise! Thank you again, Ronen.

  I stayed at Villa Eden with 6 other college girlfriends, celebrating turning 50 this year. I can't say enough about the property. It was private, quiet, relaxing, and had stunning views in the morning and the evening. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away. It is about a 15 minute cab ride into town, so not so secluded that you couldn't get to town easily. There was a taxi stand within walking distance to the Villa. We also engaged Sandra's Kitchen to provide meal service to us and that was flawless. Genny came every day with a smile and treated us to excellent food twice a day, plus a snack. She was absoloutely wonderful. The pool was cleaned every day and there were plenty of lounge chairs and floats for all of us to use. Anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful get-a-way is looking at the right place!
