Awarded 4-STARS by Visit Scotland. Situated in a STUNNING location with breathtaking views, this cottage forming part of an 18th Century Scottish farmhouse has recently been renovated to luxurious standards throughout.

The owners have set extremely high standards to ensure guests enjoy their stay in this high quality accommodation, complemented by a stunning location. With two famous golf courses on the doorstep this makes an ideal base for GOLFERS, however with East Fife's sandy beaches, coastal walks etc., this also makes a good base for a family holiday.

FIRST FLOOR

Two bedrooms - both of which have exceptional views. Spacious fitted wardrobes and solid pine furniture, coupled with high quality mattresses to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, the other has a Superking sized bed which can be split to form two singles on request

Family Bathroom - fully tiled with bath, overhead shower, wc and wh basin.

OUTSIDE

To the front of the property is a walled garden, attractively designed with a lawn, shrubs and rock garden with gravel beds along the side of the house. To the rear of the cottage is a private patio area with bar-b-que area and garden furniture.

Generous private parking is also provided at the rear of the property.

Additional Location Information

Probably the most attractive of the historic fishing villages in the East Neuk of Fife. The picturesque ancient harbour has been captured on canvass by many artists.

Enjoy a feast of fresh lobster and crab which can be purchased daily from the harbour. Wonder down the narrow wynds and cobbled streets with its historic architecture, art galleries, local pottery and antique shops.

Roome Bay in Crail boasts a sandy beach and plenty of crabbing pools for the children, together with a play park.

All rentals also include the provision of good quality cotton bed linen and towels.
Heating and hot water are included in the price.

  Gorgeous cottage,exceptionally clean and well equipped. Really modern and contemporary furnishings which suited us perfectly. Moments walk from a stunning beach which the kids loved. Idyllic location. We couldn't have asked for better and the cottage had everything we could have needed, think the owners have thought of everything!! Garden was great for bbq's and the kids playing, not sure what the other reviewers wanted to do in the garden! But we certainly made good use of it and with such great views over the golf course and water Why wouldn't you? We would love to return even for a long weekend.

  main complaint from our point of view was lack of privacy and we were unable to make use of the garden area
  accommodation was of good standard and had everything necessary in place.
  Location was ideal for golf but everything else was a car ride away which was awkward at times
