This property was exactly what we were looking for, a log cabin in the mountains with lots of privacy. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We were lucky that it snowed one night (on our want list) and it was gone the next morning. Highly recommend this property.

"Simply Irresistible" was the perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. Our family of 8 included adults, teenagers, and small children. There was plenty of room for us to have "our own space" as well as come together for playtime (boardgames and such) and our meals, especially our Thanksgiving Day meal. The kitchen is very spacious and allows plenty of room for three or four cooks to pitch in and help with the meals and still have room for others to just keep you company. The view from the adjoining sunroom is incredible, especially when the snow is falling. The area is quiet, except for the occasional car passing or the cows mooing. The almost out-of-the-way location makes it the perfect place to be when all you want to do is enjoy the mountains and get some well-deserved rest and relaxation. We went prepared to spend all of our time right there at the cabin, so the location was perfect. We'd recommend stopping at one of the local grocery stores on the way if you're not bringing all of your supplies with you. It's about a 20 to 30 minute drive to one of the larger grocery stores, with smaller convenient stores closer. If you're one for lots of attractions and things to do, be prepared to drive a ways to be entertained. But if you just love being surrounded by people you love and beautiful scenery, this place is all you need.
