Villa Anemos is a newly built villa located in a raised position above the bay of Plakias, 800 meters of the traditional village of Lefkogia, in southern Rethymno.

The villa is surrounded by olive trees and flowers and offers a panoramic view of the mountainside, the area of Plakias and Libyan Sea beyond.

Villa Anemos is 135 sq. m, part of a 3500 sq. m. property filled with olive and fruit trees, and can accommodate 8 persons in its 4 bedrooms.

There are layered gardens with lawn, flowers, bushes and trees and, in the main yard, a 50 sq. m. swimming pool (including children’s pool), a barbecue and parking space.

Marb...le stairs lead to a large veranda. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a sunny bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower/WC with a washing machine. The spacious living area comes with a built-in stone fireplace, a huge L-shaped sofa, and satellite TV and stereo system.

A wooden staircase leads up to the upper floor where are three more bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each, sharing a bath/wc and the two verandas. All bedrooms have air-condition . The floors are tiled and the ceilings covered in wood.

There are three taverns, a mini market, a bakery, and a café in the village of Lefkogia. A wide range of facilities is on offer in the town of Plakias, a popular resort 5 km. away, and Damnoni beach, 3 km away. The excellent beaches of Schinaria and Ammoudi are a mere 2 kms away. Exotic Lake Preveli and peaceful Souda beach are a little farther.

  We stayed already two times in this beautiful villa.
  The villa is very quiet, although there are some other villas nearby.
  These are far enough and situated lower so you can enjoy a complete rest and breathtaking view.
  The villa is large, pretty and comfortable with a nice pool.
  A car is necessary because of the location.
  A must for lovers of peace and yet close to sea, mountains and a few minutes drive from a lot of nice tavernas.
