With over 2,300 square feet, this all season vacation property has more to offer than meets the eye. The spacious living room measures 19' x 17' and includes plenty of seating to cozy up to the large gas fireplace. Best of all, you'll never have cold feet because the lower level has in-floor heating.

Enjoy the sandy beaches, swimming, boating, fishing and sunsets on Big and Little Newton Lakes. We are right on the ATV/Snowmobile Trails and a short drive to cross country ski trails.
Staying during the winter? Rent snowmobiles from PowerSports. They'll drop them off and pick them up when you're done.
Visiting in the summer? Our vacation cabin is just steps away from the beach and bar.
Barc Properties vacation rental is located about 10 miles northwest of Crivitz, Wisconsin close to High Falls Flowage and Caldron Falls Flowage and the new Governor Thompson State Park.

There is a minimum 2-3 night stay required during the off season
There is a minimum 3 night stay required during Christmas and New Years.
$10 per day or $50 per week for extra guests over eight people.
Pontoon boat available ($400 per week), bed linens and towels are available upon request.
50% deposit required at time of reservation, balance due week prior to arrival.
50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR A RESERVATION IN THE WINTER, $200 ALL OTHER TIMES. RESERVATIONS WILL BE HELD ONLY 5 DAYS UNLESS DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits will be refunded minus $250 if we are able to fill your total vacancy. If we are not able to fill your vacancy there is no refund.
Sorry, no pets.
Summer months weekly rentals are as follows: Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later on Saturday, Check-out time is 10am or earlier on Saturday.
