Description

Self-contained two bedroom apartment located in Cronulla, South of Sydney, Australia.
Our friendly apartment is bright and sunny, the balcony has ocean view.
It has quality furniture and bedding, a well equipped kitchen and an internal laundry with a washing machine.
Open plan lounge/dining leading onto balcony through large sliding doors.
2 bedrooms both with a built-in wardrobe. Sleep up to 4 people (Queen size bed in bedroom one, twp single beds in bedroom 2).
Bed linen and bath linen is provided, you have to bring your own beach towels.
Good size bathroom with bath tub.
Quiet, small apartment block. The apartment is located on the first floor.
Wireless broadband Internet.
50 m to the beach and very pleasant public park with children playground, electric barbecues and a rock pool. There are a number of protected beaches nearby as well as open surf beaches.
Bus stop at your door step. Short walk to town center and train station. 40 minutes to Sydney Central station on the train.
It is a Non smoking apartment and not suitable for pets.

“Great accommodation in a great location. A home away from home!”

We had a wonderful stay in the coquillage apartment and had everything we needed and more. The owner had put a lot of thought into the presentation of the living areas and it was a perfect place for our stay in Cronulla. The kitchen was well supplied with what we needed, the bathroom worked really well for the family and kids baths, and the living areas were very comfortable and cool even on hot days. It was also perfect to have a washing machine in the apartment with everything we needed for the laundry and a short walk round the corner of the building to the clothes lines. The park (Shelly Park), it’s play area and beach (Nun’s Pool) across the road were great for us and the children, being so convenient. It was also a short walk to local shops and cafes, a nice coastal walk (or quicker road route) to bigger shops/Cronulla CBD and a short walk to the train station for days out in the city etc. We would definitely stay here again. A home away from home!

Lovely apartment in amazing location, had a great holiday. Very clean and light place, perfect spot opposite park, beach, rockpool and right next to coffee shop and local store.

“Fabulous location.”

This was the second time we stayed here, it was perfect, the beach was just across the road, and there was a park, perfect for my 8 year old granddaughter, will be back next year I hope .
