Our stay at Palm Breezes was wonderful. The condo was perfect for our family of 6.Cimmaron's service was very good anything you needed they supplied.
Palm Breezes was very clean, comfortable and location was great. The condo was equipped with plenty of towels and beach chairs & kitchen had everything you needed.The views are amazing.
The pool was clean and very refreshing.The amenities at Battery Hill are great,grounds are beautiful, laundry room was very convenient & the grill by the pool was used many times.
We walked to Cruz Bay every night and walking back up the hills was always lots of fun. We enjoyed our stay in Palm, Breezes and would return if we ever come back to St John.

Stayed here last week of December with husband, older teen & college student. Plenty of room for us and the photos match exactly what you get. The views are incredible, overlooking cruz bay, almost like a picture. Could watch the cruise ships coming in during the week. The breezes are wonderful, when it's hot in town you'll enjoy the breeze on the deck. Rented a car in St Thomas and took it over on the ferry, plenty of parking at condo and only used it for day trips around the island. At night you can walk to everything downtown. We could hear the music from town @ night but put on the aC and closed the windows. Plenty of bath & beach towels for the week. Full kitchen and onsite grill for cooking. Would rent here again.

Condo was perfect for our family of five- the loft was big and there was a good amount of space- wished there were two baths- but we were really only in the condo to sleep. The deck has beautiful views of Cruz bay- great place for morning coffee. Cruz Bay was only super loud on Sat. night- I thought the band was in our room till 1 am. The rest of the week was good. It is a bit of a hike, but was way better than trying to find parking down by the shops and restaurants- we walked into town every evening- happy to report that unlike St. Thomas- St.john has some action at night- lots of live music and great bars. The condo could use a bit of updating but overall was really nice. the pool also could use some help, again we were mainly there to snorkel so it was OK. If you are looking for a posh resort- this is not it, but as a home base- it works great.
