Sunset Ridge Villa F is located in the deluxe St. John accommodation known as Sunset Ridge Villas. This two bedroom townhouse villa is located high on Bethany Hill overlooking the village of Cruz Bay with Pilsbury Sound, St. Thomas, and the magnificent Caribbean Sea beyond. Villa F features a street level secure entrance through lush tropical gardens opening to a private courtyard which is open to dramatic and panoramic ocean views. The courtyard has lounge chairs for private sunbathing, casual seating areas and a patio table with umbrella and chairs which are ideal for afternoon 'sundowners' or alfresco dining.

Villa F features separat...e, secure entrances from the courtyard to the main house and Master Bedroom Suite. The main house features the kitchen, living and dining room, powder room bath with laundry and loft style second bedroom sleeping area with one queen bed and one twin bed and en-suite bath with tiled walk-in shower. The Master Bedroom Suite features a comfortable queen bed and en-suite bath with tiled walk-in shower.

Sliding glass and screen doors open to small covered private patios from the main house and Master Bedroom Suite allowing the cooling trade wind breezes to circulate throughout the living spaces. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa and supplemental floor/table fans are provided in the great room and bedrooms to insure maximum air circulation for comfort and relaxation.

The main house features a newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen which is perfect for preparing light snacks to full family meals. The dining area with seating for six is conveniently located adjacent to the living room which includes a comfortable rattan queen sleeper sofa and loveseat and flat screen TV with cable television and DVD Player. The recently remodeled powder room bath is located adjacent to the kitchen and includes stacked washer/dryer laundry facilities. The second bedroom sleeping area is on the second floor of the main house and is accessed by an elegant curved mahogany wood stairway.

The separate Master Bedroom suite features cable TV service with a DVD Player for your video viewing pleasure.

Beach chairs, coolers and beach towels are provided for trips to the world famous beaches of St. John, most of which are located within the boundaries of the Virgin Islands National Park. Villa F also has an assigned off street parking area adjacent to the front entry to the villa.

There is a conveniently located large stamped brick communal pool deck area complete with lounge chairs, tables and chairs for sunbathing or casual relaxation plus a nearly Olympic sized pool featuring a built-in fountain and kiddie pool all of which overlook the panoramic views to the south and west.

Sunset Ridge Villa F offers convenience and privacy with panoramic ocean views and the added benefit of being close to Cruz Bay with its varied options for fine dining, entertainment and eclectic duty free shopping venues.

  Excellent locale for our stay. We loved the view and the layout of the suites. 4 wheel drive was certainly a must when we had those evening showers. And watch out for the tile floors if your bare feet are wet. But we really enjoyed the stay with Cimmaron Sunset Ridge Villas. Beautiful pool, and since we were the only guests at Sunset Ridge, very private although we did enjoy sharing it with the iguanas. Lack of aC was no issue with the breezes up high and the ceiling and floor fans. Despite warnings, we had no issues with bugs but I understand it was a dry spell before we arrived. It was great to have a washer and dryer as you don't have to worry about packing much. We read somewhere to lay out what you want to pack, then put half of it back - that is accurate! We highly recommend these villas and this suite in particular. If looking for a private boat charter for island hopping, snorkeling, etc., Captain Rick with Lion in Da Sun was an excellent choice for us. Excellent visit to St. John and if/when we return will try to book here again.

  We have been staying at Sunset Ridge Villas for over ten years, and this year was by far the best ever. Not only was the unit spotless, and the property beautifully landscaped, we felt that Sunset Ridge Villas has definitely returned to its former splendor and is a gem among St. John accommodations. The view is amazing, the pool is sparkling clean, the new patio furniture on the pool deck very inviting to spend an evening there watching the sun set behind St. Thomas. A new access road makes it easy to get to the top of the hill high above Cruz Bay.
  Our unit (Villa F) has been updated, features mostly new appliances and was very clean when we arrived. The small dipping pool in the patio between the bungalow-style master bed- and bathroom section and the "main" building with kitchen, dining and sitting area, powder room, and spacious upstairs sleeping loft with separate full bathroom, has been filled in, which we thought was a very good idea to allow more room for patio furniture (which is also new).
  St. John offers many beaches around the island, you can hike, kayak, sail, snorkel, dive, enjoy whatever you like. There are plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines, but you also have an option to cook at the villa or use the barbecue on the patio. Some of the nicest meals we've had involved steaks or seafood on the grill and a few bottles of good wine enjoyed on the patio. There are several convenient grocery stores on the island to stock up on essentials and deli items.
  Cimmaron St. John provides great property management service and is always at hand to lend assistance if needed.

  È davvero un " tramonto " caraibico!

  Abbiamo soggiornato presso la villa Sunset ridge D dal 7 al 11 gennaio 2013.
  Mentre organizzavamo la nostra vacanza dovevamo tenere in considerazione il fatto che fossimo 5 adulti e 2 bambini di 5 e 7 anni e che quindi non sarebbe stato facile far combaciare tanti fattori quali , la comodità , l'indipendenza, il fattore economico!
  Siamo stati davvero fortunati a trovare Sunset Ridge Villa!
  Si tratta di un insieme di ville indipendenti poste proprio sulla collina alle spalle di Cruz Bay, il porticciolo di arrivo e partenza dei traghetti che collegano St. Thomas a St. John, nonche' centro principale di quest'ultima piccola isola.
  Le ville sono composte da un ingresso che immette immediatamente in un comodo terrazzo centrale organizzato con tavolo, sedie, sdraio e BBQ.
  La vista dalla terrazza è mozzafiato...il Mare dei Caraibi di fronte a noi è il sole che alla sera infiamma l'azzurro del cielo e del mare!
  Sulla sinistra una comoda camera padronale staccata dal corpo principale, dotata di bagno con doccia en suite ampio e confortevole.
  Sulla destra il corpo principale della casa consto di una comodissima cucina in muratura molto ben attrezzata , una zona giorno con due divani di cui uno letto, un bagno di servizio con lavatrice e asciugatrice.
  Al piano superiore un'ampia zona notte con due letti queen size e un altro bagno.
  Ad essere pignoli la struttura soffre un po' del tempo che passa, alcuni accorgimenti potrebbero essere presi in considerazione, ma nel complesso direi che per noi è stata davvero un ottima scelta !
  Dimenticavo, al nostro arrivo , in frigorifero, un cesto di benvenuto con bevande ( tra cui una bottiglia di rum ) e stizzichini... un fornito deplian informativo con mappe, menù dei migliori ristoranti dell'isola, attrazioni, e tutto quello che un ospite vorrebbe sapere se non ha molto tempo per scoprire tutto da solo!

  Wonderful Vacation

  We stayed @ Sunset Ridge Villas - F 6/23/12-6/30/12. We loved it! It was my husband, 6 year old son, mother, sister, brother-in-law, and 5 year old niece. We loved that one of the rooms was separated by the small pool area. The inside of the villas were beautiful. The view from the villa and the pool was spectacular! The only complaint I have is the outside of the villa where the small pool is needs to be painted (the deck). This would help make it even more beautiful. We sat outside every night and watched the sunset then, would watch the sunrise in the mornings. We took a ferry back to St Thomas and my sister got married on Linquist Beach. It was beautiful! Love Sunset Ridge Villas and we will be back!!!
