Longview Villa is a gorgeous 2-bedroom villa located in the exclusive Chocolate Hole area of St. John. A quick 10 minute drive brings you downtown for shopping, dining and live music.

The panoramic views allow you to enjoy magical sunsets over Chocolate Hole and peaceful sunrises over Hart Bay. At night you can enjoy the sparkling lights of St. Thomas.

The beautiful landscaping across the entire property creates a lush backdrop as you’re enjoying the warm sun on the pool deck or cooling off in the shade of the wrap-around balcony.

There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with King beds, private baths and cable TV. The mas...ter bedroom has an oversized walk-in shower from which you can hear the waves crashing below. Off the bedroom is a private balcony which overlooks the pool and Hart Bay.

You'll find you spend a lot of time on the lounge chairs on the pool deck which surrounds the 18'x10' pool. Also on the deck is a gas BBQ grill and tables/chairs for outdoor dining. There are wraparound decks on both levels of the house which provides a shady retreat from the mid-day sun.

Inside, the great room has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee grinder and more. It has all the pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils you'll need for a full dinner at home.

Also in the great room is a dining table for 4 and countertop island which seats 2. The seating area has a couch, loveseat and oversized chair for relaxing or watching the cable TV.

Longview Villa is perched in the hills overlooking Chocolate Hole in one direction and Rendezvous Bay in the other. It's a quick 10 minute drive to Downtown Cruz Bay and is convenient to the North Shore white sand beaches.
