Out By The Sea Bed & Breakfast is a lovely coastal Inn with direct views of the gulf. We are specifically designed as a Bed & Breakfast with four rooms with private baths, Satellite TV, Wifi and more.
We specialize in intimate beach weddings and anniversaries and we do have a very romantic Honeymoon Suite with upscale appointments and a large jacuzzi bath. Our rooms are rated 4.5 stars with emphasis on providing our guests with comfortable and luxurious lodging while at the beach. All rooms come with a full, hot breakfast

Our 30 miles of sandy beaches are also home to many lovely and rare birds.
We are recognized by the Audubon Society as one of the best kept secrets for birding. We have many equisite species of birds that use our peninsula for their migratory route.

If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet retreat, you will love this place. We loved having our morning coffee on the large deck overlooking the Gulf. Our room was so cozy and had everything we needed. I have stayed in a few B&B;'s but have never really felt comfortable staying in someone else's home until I met Carole, the owner Carol has the special gift of making everyone feel special and right at home. You will love her and her home! Carole's amazing story of survival duirng Hurricane Ike will intrigue you. She recently published a wonderful book about her experience and she was kind enough to personally autograph our books. We highly recommend this place. We feel like we have made a friend forever.

My friend and I took our annual getaway at this bed and breakfast and were amazed at the outcome of the experience. Carole was an incredibly interesting, funny, caring and inspiring person to meet. You feel like you have made a wonderful friend when you leave, and her dog Dinky was absolutely adorable!! We both came away with a smile on our face and would definitely go again. Words to describe are fun, beachy, comfortable, beautiful views, hospitable, relaxing, private, and Carole was a very inspiring and funny lady! Bolivar has come back better than ever with all the beautiful new homes - friendly people - I could go on an on. We'll be back for sure.
