Beautiful, well set of house on the water. 3 rooms sleep over a dozen people. All are well set up with all the amenities you can think of including travel size bottles of personal care items if you forget yours. Well supplied kitchen where all you have to do is bring food but even that can be supplied for you. Heated pool in screened area right out the back door.
We even took a scuba course while there with the confined water part in the pool. There is fishing available right off the back dock wall and a nice view to enjoy whie doing so.
Very comfortable house! -

I just don't know where to begin. Right from the begining our experience made us speechless. From the house (that was far to big for the four of us) to the tours. It was everything we expected which is rare. Some vacations build up so much hype and there are a few let downs during the experience, but not this one. The beautiful Captain Traci was so friendly and smart. Our kids just loved her liked they have known her forever! My wife and I were so happy with this trip and plan to go again next year when we get back from Japan. That is just giving you a heads up Native Vactions. Thank you for every thing!

Mount ProspectNative vacations scammed us for $2500+

We contacted Native Vacations earlier this summer in regards to booking a home in FL. We have provided the company our information we were told we would receive a call back confirming the availability of the property and final booking information. We have never heard back from the company even after leaving multiple voice mails. Assuming the property was unavailable we booked another property for the trip.
A month after the trip we found Native Vacations charged us a $300 security deposit and $2200 for the reservations without any authorizations, signed contract or ect. We have been trying to contact Native Vacations in regards to these charges for about 2 months without any luck. Each time we call we're being told the person in the office is new and has passed on our info to the owner and we should hear back shortly. We're still waiting for that call!

We are so sorry for the confusion. We had this custoemr booked in June, however, we did not know that they had not arrived at our house until after they were supposed to have left. We were contacted by the customers son, and have since refunded their payment.

42081The Picture Does Not Portray the Beautiful Settings

First let me say that the owners really should change the first picture on the site, as it just does not do the home and atmosphere any justice!. The view from the back of the house, from the pool is awesome, especially as the sun was setting. The sky was filled with a spectacular show of purple's, red's and yellow's as the sun was going down, and was a favorite gathering place for our group.
I almost always stay in rental homes when i travel, especially with the extended family as it saves money, is much more convenient, more comfortable than a bunch of hotel rooms and allows us all to be together as a family throughout our vacation rather than meeting in a lobby somewhere. To top it off I am somewhat of a clean freak, and this house lived up to my expectations, which is not always the easiest to do!
This house was great! It was nice, but not pretentious. A place where we felt as at home as possible. All together there were 17 of us, including kids, and we were able to find appropriate sleeping arrangements for all of us (the kids being flexible as kids can be!). Captain Traci even brought over 2 inflatable mattresses for us to use, which was awesome and not expected...but greatly appreciated! With the lanai, the pool deck and 3 dining tables we never felt overcrowded.
Oh! And Captain Traci. What a Sweetheart she is! We booked the house in conjunction with Traci and her company, Native Vacations, and she set us up on some great adventures. I also "cruise" a lot, and I have to say that I really liked Traci's "all - inclusive" approach. We just told her what we wanted to do, and she took care of the rest. She even provide transport to and from the airport, and took us to the local car rental place. The Manatee Snorkel, the wine and cheese Sunset Cruise through the back waters off the Gulf, the dolphin watch trip and fishing trips were all wonderful! Traci also set up tee times for the golfers in the bunch, and a horseback trip for the "youngins". Traci had some free time and actually went with us on the horses, in fact I think that the Captain is a past Rodeo Princess! Bottom line; if you love nature Captain Traci and this house is worth the trip! We will definitely be back.Response from Native Vacations, Inc. - Manatee House - 05/13/2012

The Manatee House was the perfect place for our extended family (3 generations) visit to Chrystal River. There was plenty room for all to mix and mingle and it was in a great location for the activities we were interested in doing. But also very relaxing just to sit and take in the view of the waterway behind the house.
Capt Traci and Jessica were great. Even provided us with a Pack N Play and bought a new high chair for the baby. And our trip to snorkel with the manatees with Capt Traci and Native Vacations was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the manatees and got us to a location where we could interact with them.
