This home is located on Highway 12, the Scenic Highway of Legends. It is a beautiful home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a large jacuzzi tub, a claw foot tub and a large walk in shower. It has a large commercial kitchen with a walk in cooler, which is perfect for weddings and other events. It is surrounded by the Cuchara river and just minutes from lakes and streams for Rocky Mountain fishing. The quaint Cuchara Village is just a few miles away. The Grandote Golf course in La Veta, Colorado is just 20 minutes from here.

There is a great 4th of July parade and a country music concert in the summer, along with many other great events.

This home was beautiful and very clean. The river that runs around it is so amazing and relaxing to listen too. It was nice to be minutes away from fishing and golfing and the little town of Cuchara. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again soon.
