This colorful home is located on a 60'wide canal, has a 35' concrete dock/seawall. For your boating enjoyment seawall is complete with custom dock posts, cleats, swim ladder, shower and a fish cleaning table. Huge patio area has a gas grill and an assortment of lounge furniture for sunning and relaxing.
Fully equipped kitchen with side by side water dispenser refrigerator, has lots of counter space, decorative cabinets and a gas range. Eat canalside on beautiful tile picnic table, or at kitchen coffee nook or on glass and bamboo table overlooking the canal.
