This is a very cute 24x32 two bedroom, two bathroom home located on mile marker 23 just 19 miles from the entrance to key west. The house has a very nice fully equipped kitchen. All the floors are tile with the exception of the master bedroom which is bamboo. The master bedroom comes with its own bathroom, queen size bed, TV and lots of closet and dresser drawer space. The guest bedroom has a double bed with lots of closet space, a TV, and a sceened porch. The guest bathroom is epuipped with a washer and dryer. The place is immaculate and has everything you need. Being inside the gated community makes it quiet and safe at the same time. As a small aside, the next door neighbors are friendly - helped us on local directions, best places to eat and such. My crowd fishes and you can reach some of the best lower Keys fishing in just a few minutes on either the atlantic or Gulf side. There is nothing to say bad about the place except that the owner cannot control the weather - but if it's too windy or whatever to go out fishing/boating, there are tons of things to do in Key West. Or, just sit outside on the canal and view the scenery (with or without an adult beverage.

The home was perfect for the 4 of us. Nice and relaxing, close to the pool and right on an inlet. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are looking to rent again next year in Jan or Feb and would like to rent the house next to the one we stayed in as well as we have two more couples that would like to join us in the keys.

The house was wondefully decorated and clean. The ammenities was a hit with my 5 year old. He loved the pool and playing boccie ball and shuffle board. It is close to some really good restaurant. It was nice to sit on the back dock and relax and look at the beautiful view. The house worked really well for us with the 2 bed rooms and bath rooms everyone had there own privacy.
