This is the safest area anytime of the day or night. Walk out the gate and you are on the Tomebamba river and minutes to El Centro. you can walk to beautiful parks and all shops and cafe's. major buses are outside to take you anywhere you would like to go for 25 cents or grab a taxi. The complex is gated and secure. We are 30 minutes to Caja National park and 20 minutes to Banos mineral baths and spas and five minutes to malls.

My husband and I rented the apartment for a month. We found it to be as advertised. The location is quite convenient to the historic area and has easy access to cabs & buses. Beth and Carlos were very helpful and made great efforts to see that we were comfortable and had the things we needed. They live in the same complex so are very handy. The unit was clean, comfortable, good wi-fi, lots of hot water (even in the kitchen). We felt the unit was good value and would recommend it to others.
