Located in Yanuncay just south of 1 de Mayo off 12 de Octubre. Walking paths/parks along the Yuncancay River 3 minute walk. Taxis and bus stop just around the corner on 12 de Octubre. Fresh eggs next door, fresh bread, fresh flowers and produce, pharmacy and dry cleaners around the block, spin class downstairs, bailotherapia (dance exercise class) on the corner. We do have 2 covered and garaged parking spots but may be rented. Check with us about availability.
