An amazing location for this villa in Cul de Sac bay face to the famous Pinel islet.
The Cul de Sac village is between Orient Bay (the most popular beach of Saint Martin) and Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the island. The Villa Coccinelle, is located in a protected and preserved area at the entrance of the Natural Preserve. Using a kayak, you will reach in 5 minutes the desert islet of Little Key, which hosts a pelican colony.
A bit further in kayak there is the famous Pinel islet, with its restaurants, its beach chairs, its fine sand and its crystal clear waters.
The Cul de Sac bay is full of awesome areas to explore in kayak. Following the road, at 250 meters from the Villa Coccinelle you will arrive to the desert beach of Grandes Cayes. Following the path, the most courageous can do the Froussards hiking: a 5-km hiking above the sea until Anse Marcel

Very comfortable house. We had a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very private. Perfect for relaxing. We alternated between the pool and kayaking to close by Pinel island with beautiful white sand beach.
Manager Bruno is super helpful and very responsive (he lives next door).
Overall we had a great time. -

une très agréable villa, parfaite pour la farniente, très confortable, mais aussi un bon point de départ pour les activités nautiques et pour la visite de l'ile. la vue est imprenable, les photos sont très réalistes.

Tres belle maison, l'agencement est parfait, les chambres sont superbes, la vue est splendide.
Nous avons eu un probleme de plomberie qui a été résolu immédiatement par le prorietaire. Donc rien a dire.
le seul hic est la mention de la plage privée qui n'est pas tres praticable pour nager, (beaucoup d'algues et une peu vaseux,mais par contre, c'est un vrai bonheur de partir en canoe directement de la maison vers l ilet pinel. cela se fait tres facilement, même avec des enfants petits.
tres bonnes vacances aux prochains voyageurs -

We spent a lovely week at Villa Coccinelle and highly recommend it for a large family or group traveling together. Four kids ages 10-16 and two adults had plenty of room and we were supremely comfortable. The house is gracious and well designed with beautiful tile inside and out and many spectacular views. It is easy to kayak to Ile Pinel and the lovely beaches of anse Marcel and Orient are a 10-minute drive . The photos accurately depict the house and its surroundings. Bruno was very helpful and friendly and easy to reach during our stay. A rental car is necessary--nothing is in walking distance--but shopping and dining are a short car trip away.

This place is very nice. The property is accurately portrayed by the pics provided by Bruno.
We had a party of eight friends and we had plenty of space to spread out. Sleeping gets a little tight with one in a bed, but other wise plenty of room. Everything was clean and the appliances worked well.
The view from the pool is as advertised, and the outdoor shower is great.
Tbeach is a littel muddy for the first 10 feet or so, but after that it is great sand all the way out to the moorings that is about chest deep, great for a night swim.
Close to Oreint beach, but feel svery safe at night and is quiet for the most part.
Highly recommended and Bruno was a fantastic help in getting us setup! -

notre séjour en janvier a été une agréable surprise. Nous sommes arrivés dans cette magnifique et très confortable villa où la vue est à couper le souffle. Pieces spacieuses, piscine, plage privée et kayaks mis à disposition nous ont permis de découvrir des endroits fabuleux et notamment l'ilot Pinel, véritable petit coin de paradis !
De plus, accueil chaleureux accompagné d'une grande disponibilité. -

Bonjour,
Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Coccinelle du 19 au 28 janvier 2013. L'accueil a été très agréable et instructif sur les sites à visiter. La maison est très grande, confortable et très jolie.
Elle est très bien entretenue. La piscine, la terrasse et la plage privée comportent de nombreux endroits ou l'on peut se détendre, être à l'ombre et même isolé si l'on souhaite lire ou bronzer tranquillement. Des canoës sont à disposition pour naviguer dans la baie, admirer les pélicans et surtout aller sur l'ilot Pinel, petit paradis de sable et de cocotier. Un grand coup de coeur !
