Description from the manager
Sitting at the edge of an unspoiled fishing village adjacent to open countryside this charming classic 1930’s family house retains many period features giving it an old fashioned charm. Bright spacious rooms with high ceilings and contemporary furnishings reflect the atmosphere of a more gracious bygone age but with the addition of modern appliances and comforts and the upper rooms have expansive views out to sea and inland to the surrounding hills. There are enclosed front and rear gardens and off street parking. The village centre, beach, harbour and links golf course are within walking distance as is the historic old original Seatown...Read more

Toronto, CanadaLarge comfortable home in perfect seaside town
Left on 06/06/2013 for a stay in May 2013
This is a spacious and well-equipped home with a large enclosed garden in a lovely coastal town with the best beach in the area. There are shops within walking distance for usual food requirements, and more shops in some of the nearby larger towns.
Cullen is an excellent location for exploring the coast between Inverness and aberdeen. -

SheffieldWonderful holiday at Cullen.
Left on 10/05/2012 for a stay in September 2012
The house was very comfortable. Although the kitchen could benefit from updating it didn't spoil our stay. Everything you could want had been thought of in the house. Cullen is a very quiet village. The house is opposite the local primary school but we never heard the children at all. There were loads of leaflets in the house with ideas for visits and things to do. One leaflet had local walks around Cullen of which we did 3. The walk up the Bin Of Cullen was well worth it as the views from the top were stunning. We sampled the local fish and chip shop, ice cream shop, craft shop and Chinese take-away and all were really good. We took our dog with us and he enjoyed playing in the enclosed garden, which is quite large and mostly grass. He also enjoyed played on the sandy beach. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet holiday.

Varese - Italywe felt like being citizens of Cullen
Left on 10/08/2010 for a stay in July 2010
the house is a 'real' house amid residential houses of the town, we were walking distance from the shops, not only supermarket but smaller shops like butcher's, deli's and so, where we hade the opportunity to meet people and live the town 'from inside'.
The house itself was charming and comfortable, not a cottage for tourists, but 'a home'. This vas really great. And the location was perfect both for taking walks along the coast and on the hills and to drive by car to many interesting places.
