This detached cottage is set in the village of Sandend, near the town of Cullen in Scotland and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Beach Cottage is a single storey, detached cottage in the small village of Sandend, three miles from the town of Cullen and within driving distance of Elgin. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with sea views and a twin room, as well as a family bathroom. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We received very helpful and efficient service from the staff at Sykes Cottages. The cottage was excellent, everything you could wish for. Furnishing was to a very high standard, plenty space in rooms, and the view from the sitting room and double bedroom windows was fantastic. Looking out over a very clean beach to the North Sea. We walked on the beach every day with our little puppy alfie (who had a ball), as did many other responsible dog owners. Hence the cleanliness, we saw many families bathing in the water and lots of surfers enjoying the waves. There are no shops or pubs in the village of Sandend but you will find these amenities only a 10 minute car drive away. There is Smiths the Fish wholsalers in the village who sell a great variety of fresh produce on the premises. We found the local people very friendly and helpful with places to visit. We liked best - everything about the cottage and place and absolutely nothing to complain about.

A very special holiday location. Just sit back and watch the world go by. The accomodation was the best. All very clean and tidy, with all home from home comforts. You will not be disapointed. Enjoy your holiday.
