This 3950 foot elevation mountain top home is situated just 5 miles from Western Carolina University and close to the shopping facilities in Sylva/Dillsboro. Enjoy the sunset from the hot tub on the covered porch after spending the day white water rafting, hiking, fishing, exploring water falls and nearby mountain creeks or enjoying any of the activities in the area. Close to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
