Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

A "tight" car-parking space and lots of stairs were more than compensated for by the gorgeous views from so many rooms of this 1st and 2nd floor apartment, which is both interesting and homely! An easy walk to "local corner shop", great art & craft co-operative, the promenade and convenient access to roads for sight-seeing opportunities resulted in a wonderful holiday in late april this year.

Very good service. We liked the home very much. The location was excellent. We all slept very well, because the beds were very comfortable. We were 4 persons and the rooms were spacious. Its a good place to go on day trips. Our favourite place was the rocking chair at the great window.

"Dunlins" is a beautiful apartment with views across the estuary from every window, It is well euipped, spotlessly clean and very convenient for shops and the lower Cumbrian Lakes. We liked it so much that we spent two separate weeks there and enjoyed them both. Our dog - cocker spaniel - also enjoyed her holiday!

We found Dunlins very comfortable and the view from lounge was stunning. On our first night we found a deer in the garden. Great walks and we loved Carmel, the home of sticky toffee puddings they were great too. Restaurants in Grange over Sands were good and we found that cooking wasn`t necessary as the carry out foods were good too. We would return again, maybe earlier in the year next time.
