Worth noting is the property's exceptional lounge with a magnificent panoramic bay window that frames views of the surrounding cou...ntryside and the colourful, ever-changing bay below. Visitors can also relax in the pretty grounds or spend a fascinating day exploring the promenade and ornate gardens that are situated nearby.

All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. split-level mature garden with patio and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and bar 10 mins walk. Note: The garden is split-level with 3 sets of steps comprised of approx 3-4 steps each, and a fairly steep path. Please ensure young children are supervised.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  A very comfortable, roomy house with incredible views across the River Kent estuary and Morecambe Bay. Ideal spot for sight-seeing in the south lakes
  area. Best trip for us was a day at Muncaster Castle and the owl sanctuary. Worst moment was when Tim (Tom-Tom sat-nav) said "You have reached your destination" and we couldn't find the house. After hunting around in the dark we managed to find it.
