The Cliff at Cupecoy” accommodation was excellent! The 2 BR suite was as beautiful as it looks in the pictures on the website. The staff were courteous and friendly if a little bit slow about responding to our requests sometimes. However, we were very happy with the facilities – the suite was very clean and well-maintained; the grounds are secure with security guards on the desk at all times and you must use your key card to move about the building. The gardens are well tended and beautiful. There is a lovely white sandy small private beach, an outdoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. A little piece of heaven!

Although our condo was very spacious, our stay was not as good because of problems with housekeeping. We had to ask for towels everyday and were met with bad attitudes by housekeeping and the concierge. Towels are a necessity, not a luxury. We ended up buying laundry detergent and washing our own daily so we didn't have to interact with the staff. Also, many times the elevator was held up by the cleaning staff or others. This island has changed very much in 3 years, not for the better.

Condo was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Restaurant in building very nice, but very expensive. We did not eat there due to price. Found other great restaurants with better food and more reasonable price. Rare across the street was exceptional!

Cherise of mgmt was extremely pleasent, available and helpful throughout the stay. The accomodations were very nice and it was great having a spa on-site as well as a very quiet beautiful beach. Only issue was a one day plumbing issue which did not seem to be a regular occurence but just happened to occur during our stay. If not for that we would have rated our stay 5 stars instead of 4

Aside from one toilet not working properly and the cleaning staff not using detergent in the diswasher, our stay was delightful. Congrats to on site management and concierge services.
