I stayed at the Cliff at Cupecoy (C2) for 7 nights in July 2012. The facilities and condo accommodations totally exceeded my expectations (the photos do not do the property justice). Check in was quick and easy. The condos are perfect for a couple, family or group of friends. The views are amazing and the location is the most convenient (to french / dutch sides, restaurants, nightlife) of any other rental property or hotel/resort on the island. The kitchen was well equipped and daily cleaning and towel service was provided. It doesn't get any better than this in St. Maarten/St. Martin!

If your going to treat the complex like a hotel then you need 24 hour services, i.e. housekeeping, maintenance, roomservice, concierge service etc.
I found it most annoying that I could not get extra towels (or housekeeping) after 6:00pm nor could I get maintenance to fix anything at night because there was no one there! There was no one serving drinks at the pool or the beach and no one to assist with restaurant reservations or other island activities. I don't mind paying top dollar if I get the service, but your facility while beautiful has NO SERVICE. Very disappointing. I would not stay there again. -

I love staying at The Cliff. There is no better deal on the island. The condos are large, well appointed and supported by a top notch staff. Thank you Gabi and Cherise for making this such a wonderful stay for my family and friends.

Only other comment-the AC in the master bedroom was loud and made it a little difficult to sleep at night. Otherwise, no problems.

The Cliff gave us a 5 star resort experience at a 3 star price. The views of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony of our fully furnished condo were as beautiful as any we have seen in the Carribean. Great sugar sand on the beach and a swimming pool and health club for getting in shape. Near a casino, golf course, Maho and very good restaurants. The staff and especially Cherise Bowman, were very polit and helpful. We look forward to going back.
