Beautiful property with excellent amenities including a beautiful outdoor pool and an indoor lap pool and gym. Suite was very large, modern and comfortable with a huge veranda overlooking the beach. The beach was small and private and great for swimming or sunning without a crowd. A private location perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation but with easy enough access to town. Also very close to the airport cutting down on travel time. We initially had a problem with the AC but management was excellent in getting on it immediately and calling in an air conditioning company to replace a part. Lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.

Just got back from the island of St. Maartin and stayed almost two weeks at the Cliff at Copecoy. After staying one night at the Sonesta Maho Resort (see other review) we were desperate to find a nice place to stay. After searching on line we were able to get a hold of the property Manager at The Cliff where he could have not been more helpful in securing a unit for the rest of our stay. The Condo unit itself was as stunning as the photo's you see on line. From the daily maid service to the manacured property/pool the service was excellent remembering that it is a private condo complex so it is not like a typical hotel. (good thing)...there is a quaint little restaruant that was open for lunch that served excellent food. there was a on site spa that my wife thought was awesome. Full finess room that had as much equipment as some commercial gyms have. It had excellent security with a gated entrance and 24hr staff on site. the Units are huge and are beautifully furnished. A well stocked Kitchen with every thing you could ask for to prepare a gourmet meal. Saying that it's location made it easy to drive to all parts of the island quickly to enjoy all the amazing restaurants on the island. the furniture was contemporary and well cared for. We would not ever return to the island without staying the the Cliff...A true 5 star resort for sure

Overall our family had an excellent experience. Our suite was clean, spacious, with modern furnishings. The ocean view was spectacular. Had no real complaints of note during our stay. My only suggestion would be to have a more active presence of a conceirge desk to assist guests with tours etc. Despite this,we enjoyed our stay. We were also very pleased with the location in Cupecoy- close to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

The Cliff at Cupecoy was a perfect choice for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. The island of St. Maarten has always been a special place for us and we have many happy memories there; staying at the Cliff added to our enjoyment this trip. The facility is grand and views are spectacular. The staff was attentive and made sure all our needs were met, including a champagne toast for our special occasion.

It's difficult to find reasonably priced, new and beautiful resorts in St. Maarten and this was an ideal choice for us. The apartment was incredible where the bedrooms were spaced away from one another nicely giving a lot of privacy. The closets were huge with tons of hangers, the beautiful, modern kitchen was such a bonus and the manager Cherise greeted us with a gift: a fridge stocked with soda, beer and wine! It was a great stay. The only negatives was there was only one thin blanket per bedroom and no extras (I even called to order some), so in the future, I will ask for extra blankets before we arrive. To sum up our stay - We all wanted to move into "The Cliffs" and never leave!!

From the minute you enter the lobbby The Cliff impresses. The apartments are nicely laid out and the long terraces overlooking the beach are wonderful. The full kitchen is nice. We had breakfast there everyday. Nice to have your coffee while looking at the blue, blue Caribbean. Everything is here top notch. and the location couldn't be more convenient, close to both sides of the island and their different attractions. Or you don't need to anywhere as there are at least 8 restaurants within a very short walk. This was our third stay and I suspect there will be a fourth.

,Second Visit to The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach

My wife and I returned to The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach this December. After having such a great time there last year, we decided to go back and stay there again.
I can't say enough about the level of service we received from the staff there. Robert and Cherise were attentive to our every need, and went out of there way to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as our first visit to the island.
I will definitely return to The Cliff on our next stay in St. Maaren.

We loved our stay at The Cliffs. The condo was lovely & very clean. Perfectly depicted by the photos I received. Cherise & Gabby are great! Other staff in restaurant & spa very friendly and professional. We recommend the property when in St. Maarten!

,Love The Cliffs but Housekeeping Needs Major Adjustments

Restaurant was fabulous! Do not need room service as you have other problems like Housekeeping that need to be fixed. The room was without washcloths, soap, dishtowels, tissues when we arrived. two days we had to wait til 5:30 for cleaning service which took away private time with our family when we all wanted to shower. The sheets were NOT washed every two days and we had to sleep with sand in our beds. I tipped two housekeepers $20 each for the holidays and they quit the next day! The locks on the doors of 5E on the terrace and in the front first bedroom need to be checked We love the Cliffs, but housekeeping needs to run more effectively to represent the organization in an upscale and 5 star way. right now it is the weakest part of your organization and needs important improvements. Otherwise, we love The Cliffs and Cherise is very responsive and an excellent representative for The Cliffs.
