The property was very clean and check-in process was very fast. The view was stunning and the beach was great. The only downside of this unit was that the shower took about 10 minutes to warm-up.

We have been to St. Maarten several times but always on cruise ships. This has always been our favorite port. Spent a week at the Cliff for a special occassion. Turned out to be our best trip & vacation ever. Great location & great place. Could go on & on but bottom line is we can't wait to go again. Met great people there and had wonderful time. Lucky to find The Cliff.

Beautiful, well maintained, and excellent accommodations. We were on the 10th floor and had magnificent views. I only issue was that the AC was out for a couple days. Our condo would only get down to 77 degrees. Not too bad and they gave up a $100 voucher for the restaurant for the trouble.

The Cliff is an awesome property and I would gladly stay there again. Although the unit I occupied was beautiful, sadly, the television in the bedroom did not work initially, the utility closet was missing a light bulb, and the housekeeper on my second day came to work sick with a nasty cough and an unplesant disposition. For all the daily prices charged, I was disappointed that one had to pay an additional $25 per day for a chair on the ocean front-- that was a bit over the top. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay at your lovely property.

We've stayed in Cupecoy before at the Sapphire Beach Club but wanted to try something else. Did we choose well ~ we loved the Cliff at Cupecoy Beach and will only stay at the Cliff when we return to St. Marten. Everything was perfect, the gym, lap pool, outdoor pool, beach, security, staff was extremely friendly. We found the kitchen well stocked so we could cook all the time - and the food at the US market in Marigot had incredible French food, the Grand Gourmet at The Porto Cupecoy was well stocked - so we ate well too. No problems at all. We stayed in the one bedroom and the picture was true. Nice people live in the building - yet there was a privacy that we enjoyed. GReat TIme!! We will go back absolutely.thanks!

We have been vacationing in St. Maarten for years, but had not stayed at the Cliff until a few weeks ago. We enjoyed our stay immensely! We had candlelight dinners on the balcony with the ocean view. We could see the stars and occasional passing ships. We can't wait to return and are planning another trip in December.

Overall Cliffs is a great spot, and perfect location. Condo unit is showing some age, especially in bathroom where there are signs of a leak in the ceiling over the bathtub. Housekeeping was very confusing as we had a different person each day! Some didn't even sweep the floor and one woman left our condo door wide open for over a 1/2hr (where she took off to, one will never know). Then she had the nerve to tell me how to clean my dishes!

Overall, our 10-day stay at The Cliff at Cupecoy was very, very nice. The location was superb, the lobby/front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the condition of the property was, for the most part, excellent. Our only criticisms would be relatively minor, including that there were no pillows or blankets for the pullout bed for our daughter, there were no Kleenex tissues in either bathroom, and we had to ask after three days that a main light bulb in the master bathroom be replaced (we incorrectly assumed the maid would replace it or report the need to have it replaced to the maintenance staff). We would definitely recommend the property to others and plan to return in the future.

Only issue was the maid service which was very late in the day, sometimes as late as 4 pm. Once there the service was good. Otherwise an extraordinary experience and one well worth repeating.

My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary by staying at the Cliffs for a week. We can only gush with positive comments about the place. From the reservation process to the actual property, I would...and it again.
This is our second trip to St. Martin's, the first at the Cliffs. We will stay here again.
If you have any doubts about this place, take my word for it. As a vacation property owner () I understand how many questions people may have about going into a rental. We were completely satisfied with our experience. Thank you for making our stay another memorable experience. -

1. Keycard had to be replaced several times...other guests had same problem.
2. Cleaning staff was supposed to come daily....only came 4 of 7 days. They often came at 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the evenings...very poor timing.
3. Common area and grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
4. Security and general staff is friendly and helpful. -

As the property is located just on the border of Dutch/French, it is very convenient to enjoy both although I found the French side to be more exquisite and beautiful with more ambience. The staff made The Cliffs even more enjoyable. Gabi (concierge) is a hoot and her smile contagious. Security guards are just as pleasant and eager to assist you. I'm telling everyone I know they must go!

We have now been spoiled. We will never look into a hotel again. Our unit was more than spacious for two people. Well equipped with s.s. appliances, well furnished and very comfortable. And the views from the balconies were beyond words. Would recommend the Cliffs to anyone!
