This upscale beachfront condo at The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach is available as either a 1BR/ 1.5 bath or a 2BR/ 2.5 bath. Despite the gorgeous pictures that we had access to before renting, certain fears still pop up in your head.
Walking into the Cliffs immediately put that to rest. Entering the immaculate 5th floor of the Snyders blew us away. The pictures really didn't do it justice! My wife and I have been fortunate to have stayed many places, but nothing like here. Hopefully, a return trip is in our near future. -

We had an amazing vacation in St.Maarten and what made it even better was our condo B5. Paul and Lisa were amazing, they provides us with every bit of information to make our vacation great such as dining recommedations and things to do. The condo was absolutely beautiful, extremely well kept up. It was very modern, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We traveled with 6 adults and there was more than enough room in B5 to accomodate us all. The views were the most amazing part of the condo, you could see straight down to the bottom of the sea and on a clear day we could see Saba. The location was perfect, we were a short walk from Mullet Bay (one of my favorite beaches), 10 mins cab ride from the airport and right next to the french border. There is no other place that I would stay on the island! I would highly recommend staying at B5 it has every ammentity you could dream of!

I didn't think this place could be better than on the photos - but it's even better than what I expected. Million dollar views, beautiful isolated beach, gorgeous in every way. Felt so lucky that it was available during our stay.

The rental property was perfect in every sense. The building, which is new and located on a beautiful beach, is located within easy (5 minutes) walking distance of several top quality restaurants. The apartment is well equipped for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. It is only a 10 minute drive to the International airport.

We are a family of 5 and booked this condo in the summer, for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays. Paul and Lisa were a pleasure to deal with through email. Attentive and quick response time.
the place was as advertised, if not even better!!
What a location, breakfast watching the sunrise and cruise ships heading to port. Sunsets were magical.
the apartment was clean, fully furnished and stocked with all necessary utensils and appliances.
Daily housekeeping by allison and staff were a real treat.
The amenities in the building were very good.
Everything about the place was perfect.

Our stay in The Cliff B5 was absolutely fantastic. The condo is located in a great place close to the airport and beaches. The amenities were wonderful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We all enjoyed our stay, we returned home relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommended this place to everyone. I am definitely returning. The owners Paul and Lisa, as well as the people at the front desk, were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you both for allowing us to share in your piece of paradise.

We stayed 5 nights at B5 The Cliff and were very pleased in every way. The condo is spacious, bright, relaxing views over the water and all fittings and equipment are of high quality. The owners thoughfully provide items such as coffee, sauces etc. and this helps avoid too many trips to the supermarket. Also, wifi, tv, safe etc. The building's facilities - pools, gym, sauna are all excellent. Parking is ample and easy - the entry is gated, operated by your condo key card, so all is secure and efficient.
Mullet Bay beach is very close and is a perfect swimming beach, not too crowded. Marigot is very pleasant and is only about a 10 minute drive. In the other direction towards Simpson Bay and Phillipsburg the traffic can be very heavy.
All in all this is a great place to stay for a family or small group - much more comfortable and better value than a hotel. -

On my second trip to St. Maarten, I was lucky enough to find Unit 5B at the Cliff to rent. The entire experience was wonderful and met all of my expectations. The unit itself is beautiful with travertine floors, high end appliances in the kitchen and beautiful decor. But the best reason to stay in this Condo is the view. Amazing views...and lot's of glass doors and windows to enjoy the view from every room as well as a spacious balcony. My husband and I spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying morning coffee, or an afternoon glass of wine. The crystal clear turquoise Caribbean is beautiful and it's fun to watch the various boats from cruise ships to sailboats and catamarans, and the planes as well. We enjoyed the pool at the Cliff and the little Cafe off the main lobby. The Cliff also has a beautiful spa, but we did not use it on this trip so can't comment about it. The other reason to rent this unit is that the owners, Paul and Lisa, are a pleasure to rent from. They made the entire process comfortable for me and by the time we actually went on vacation, I felt like we practically knew them. You really can't go wrong with this little piece of heaven in St. Maarten. Location is great, in Cupecoy, close (practically across the street) to the atlantis Casino complex with some great restaurants and a short drive from Porto Cupecoy with a grocery store, shops and restaurants as well. We always felt secure and were happy to have the gated parking area and 24 hour security.

Perfect location on the island, easy access to several beaches. Restaurants nearby are excellent. Cliff personnel are great to deal with. The unit is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony is outstanding, makes if difficult to pry yourself away to enjoy the rest of the island. Paul and Lisa were were easily accessible, offered great recommendations for dining and lent a nice sense of confidence.

The trip was wonderful! We've been to 8 different destinations in the caribbean over the last 9 years and this was our favorite (not counting our wedding in Grand Cayman). We liked that there is so much to do around the island. We surfed, tried sup (stand-up paddleboarding), did the zip line extreme fly zone, visited Pinel, Oriental Beach, and spent way too much money on great restaurants all week. Thankfully the workout facilities were top notch to fight off all the great food we ate.
The condo itself was wonderful, everything you promised and more. What a wonderful facility and truthfully it is the best place to stay on the island in our opinion. The Cupecoy area is close to the airport, nice beaches, good food, casino gaming, and seems to be the safest and newest area on the island.
