When I checked in I reported that we found two glass light fixtures were cracked and the bowl on the coffee table was cracked. This damage was not our responsibility and the staff acknowledged the damaged items existed before we entered the premises.

There were numerous problems with the Key system and it took three days to get us keys that worked in all doors.
There was also a really terrible odor coming from the dishwasher. Staff was able to get rid of most of it the first day. But some of the odor was still present for our entire stay. Staff was attentive and made an effort to correct the problems as soon as we let them know.
