Figueira is a lovely 3 bedroom luxury condo at the new Porto Cupecoy Marina complex in Dutch St Maarten, just south of the French border. Located on the southwestern end of Simpson Bay lagoon and just across the street from Cupecoy Beach, Porto Cupecoy is a development of 17 buildings inspired by Mediterranean architecture and offers a new and unique ambiance for St Martin.
Comfortable and stylish with a beautiful view overlooking the pool area and marina of Porto Cupecoy, the apartment is air-conditioned throughout and has a spacious living room with elegant furniture and dining area with seating for 6. There is satellite TV, internet and a European-style kitchen equipped with Viking and Smeg appliances and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The 3 bedrooms each have en-suite marble bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a soaking tub and spacious walk-in closet. Bedroom two has a a king bed and bedroom three has 2 full beds.
Porto Cupecoy offers numerous amenities including 24 hour security, underground parking, health & fitness center, 2 tennis courts, and a large common swimming pool..... not to mention gastronomic restaurants, a gourmet supermarket, and chic boutiques. Conveniently located to nightlife and the beautiful beaches of Cupecoy and Mullet Bay.

Please note:
Upon arrival guests check in at a real estate office across the street from Porto Cupecoy. You will be provided with keys, gate fobs, and a pamphlet containing all the necessary information about the condo and the area. You will then let yourself in the condo.
For 7 or more-night stays there will be housekeeping provided once a week. For 5- or 6-night stays there is no housekeeping service. Upon request additional housekeeping can be provided at an additional cost of $110 + 10% tax/svc per day (subject to change). We will provide a quote, please inquire. Departure cleaning is included.
