My family recently decided to rent a Villa on St Maarten. We looked online & found a beautiful place & booked it. About 2 months before we were to leave we checked Trip advisor only to find this particular Villa had frequently been robbed & there were a lot of complaints about the condition of the property, We were very upset and confronted the renter & were informed that all the problems had been resolved, but according to what we had read this was not the case. We were not comfortable taking our children & grandchild to a place that was clearly unsafe. We decided to look for another Villa since we had already purchased our airfare. It was a Sunday so getting to talk to a person we were finding difficult. Finally we got a person (Ted) with St Maarten Reservation Center. We told him our situation & we talked for over an hour about the island and the Villas he had available. He was so knowledgeable about this island & Villas we did not hesitate taking his advice on where to stay, car rental companies or any other advice he had to offer. We felt very comfortable dealing with Ted & would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We were extremely happy & pleased the entire week, the location was great; & all the information he had given us made our family trip the best we had ever taken. We will definitely go back to St Maarten & of course we will be calling Ted. Thanks to him & his associated & contacts on the island for making this a safe & wonderful memory for our family. We can't wait to return.
