You've discovered a place where piercing turquoise waters meet the deeper blue of the sky, and where elegance meets simplicity, and style meets perfect function. Welcome to Villa Bahari, a luxury Caribbean Villa at Shore Pointe at Cupecoy Beach, on the "Gold Coast" paradise of Saint Maarten.

This luxury villa reinvents the standard of refined living and vacationing on St Martin. Featuring clean contemporary lines, beautiful high quality decor, generous proportions and open-plan living areas that stay true to the Caribbean way of life. Constructed of reinforced concrete and finished in natural materials, Villa Bahari is as welcoming and... carefree as the Caribbean itself.

Your experience starts at the front door where your eyes are drawn through the living space and onto an expansive covered terrace that opens to the unabated, breathtaking views of the Caribbean. As you enter the wide-open floor plan and look out to your private pool it is difficult to discern where the pool ends and the Caribbean begins!

The pool and deck area has a private direct access to Cupecoy Beach. This is a small clothing optional beach allowing swimming in the clear blue sea waters.

The spacious fully air-conditioned living/dining room offers comfortable, elegant seating and enjoys spectacular views. Indoor and outdoor spaces easily flow into one another which completely relaxes the senses. Warm tropical nights with alfresco dining, outdoor projector for viewing TV, DVDs, "WII" and " XBox" games. The pool includes a built in table with seating.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and is perfect for entertaining. The main level also offers an office space complete with a destop computer and printer. And if that isn't enough, there is an additional office space on the 2nd floor landing with computer.

Master bedroom #1 is on the 2nd floor and has ocean views, a wrap around balcony, huge ensuite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The king bed has a built in pop up flat screen TV at the foot of the bed.

Master bedroom #2 is on the main floor and has a king bed, French doors opening to the terrace, ocean views, ensuite bath with double sinks, walk-in shower, built in TV.

Bedroom #3 is on the 2nd floor and has a corner grouping that offers 2 full size beds. It has an ensuite bath with double sinks, bathtub with hand held shower and expansive ocean views. The upper floor bedrooms open to a sitting area and 4 person Jacuzzi on the wrap around balcony. The perfect place to watch the sun set into the soothing waters of the Caribbean Sea from the relaxing hot tub or the comfort of the Dedon Oval Bed.The bath rooms are stocked with high quality soaps, shampoo and lotions for daily use. Bath and beach towels are included. Rates include daily maid service except Sundays.A short walk away is the new Porto Cupecoy Marina with shops and fine restaurants. The new Blue Mall next to Porto Cupeco, scheduled to open in December 2011,will also offer dining and shopping. Mullet Bay beach is less than a mile down the road and Maho is 1.4 miles away, while Marigot, the capitol of the French side is 4.6 miles away.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Bahari. The layout is both open and inviting, offering ocean views along with balcony/patio access from nearly every room. The sounds of the ocean made waking up a pure delight, while going to bed a soothing and relaxing experience.
  Everything is first class and really makes the villa feel like a home
  away from home. To top it all off...the location is great! The shops
  and eateries of Port Cupecoy are just a stroll across the street. The golf course and a casino are just down the street, and you have easy access to the French side of the island with more great beaches, shops, and eateries. I've been to the island a few times, but this was my first time staying at Villa Bahari. I can honestly say that I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

  This is the vacation a person from Pittsburgh dies for. What a warm, fun, relaxing place to stay at on your vacation. The rooms inside the Villa Bahari are spacious, warm and comfortable. Waking up in the morning; watching the sun rise on the beach over the ocean was truly breath taking. Taking a dip in your own private swimming pool before breakfast and warming in the sun afterwards, what a delight. I really enjoyed the close proximity of the restaurants, shopping markets and the airport. The Villa Bahari is a gated community which adds to the security one needs when out of the country.

  If you can imagine a stress free, all amenities provided, relaxing , dream vacation, try villa Bahari at ShorePointe in Saint Martin. I have made several trips to villa Bahari, including celebrating the Christmas holidays with my family. We totally enveloped the breathtakingly beautiful, oceanfront views while relaxing in the pool, cooking on the grill, or sitting on the beach. We enjoyed the orange sunset while dining in the patio dining area, or sharing a bottle of wine seated on the comfortably cushioned outside living area. The outside projection television made for great evening viewing of Steeler football!
  
  Convenient grocery shopping, gourmet dining or gift shopping is located within walking distance with the option of casino gambling, also a short distance away. Several child friendly beaches are just a 10 minute drive. Plan on staying until the last minute at Villa Bahari because the airport is only 10 minutes away!
  
  This villa is nothing short of spectacular and I can't wait to return. There is something for everyone!

  What a way to get away!

  What a setting! If you have ever wanted a beachfront view, a semi private beach with 10 step access and a spacious villa with all of the amenities, this one is for you!
  
  It was my first trip to the Island and I can't wait to get back. Staying anywhere else would be a disappointment. Hotels or resorts can not compete with this location. The ultimate in privacy and intimacy.
  
  This setting is right out of the movies. A "can't miss".

  Villa Bahari is delightfully private and casually elegant.
  The atmosphere is perfect for romantics or families...it's up to you. There are great restaurants and enticing shopping within walking distance, but I never wanted to leave Villa Bahari. The attention to detail gives it the luxury of a five star resort with the comfort of home. It was one of the most relaxing vacatons I've experienced.

  This home has everything! Great beaches, restaurants and shopping are all nearby but no need to leave the house. Beachfront, pool, amazing sunsets, designer furnishings, hot tub and state-of-the art kitchen, wireless network, music system, computer games and flat-screen televisions.. . including a huge outdoor television for night-time viewing from the pool! It is now our family's annual vacation spot!

  Trip of a Lifetime

  It was my first time in St. Maarten and we stayed at this beautiful villa located right on the beach! The description of the house is absolutely accurate in describing the breathtaking views! The house is beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of space for me and my extended family to relax in comfort! Love, love, love the location! You can also walk to the market, restaurants, and shops (directly across the street). Easy access to the airport as well! Overall, easily the trip of my lifetime!

  Quality is the consistent theme of Villa Bahari. From construction, to decor, to furnishings and amenities. The comfort of the villa coupled with the beach front location was amazing. Someone put a lot of thought and love into developing this villa. It clearly is to be differentiated from a rental property...it is a home.
