Description from the manager

This tropical and charming house is located on a private and secluded waterfront estate, at Rif St. Marie on the western side of Curacao. This location is just a short 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from town center. The beach (a coral beach, excellent for snorkeling and diving) on property is less than 10 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive. There are two larger beaches within 10 minutes drive from this location.

The house with private pool is located on the second line. This means that it is not located directly waterfront, but across the street from the shoreline. However, from the pool deck you are able to se...e the ocean.

THE HOUSE

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The open living, dining and kitchen offer garden view and open up to a covered terrace. The modern and compact kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, combi oven (combination microwave and oven) and dishwasher. There is also a washer that guests can use.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedrooms have 2 single beds each that can be joined to convert into queen size beds. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house has 2 bathrooms and a restroom in the hallway.

CLEANING

The accommodation will be cleaned every 3rd or 4th day. Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the house keeper.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS

Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests. For those who would like basic items in the fridge, we offer our grocery service.

ARRIVAL

A damage deposit of US$ 500 will be collected at check-in for eventual damages. Deposit can be paid in cash or per credit card.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Before, but also during your stay, you can request us to book you all kinds of activities or provide you with many services, like car rental, private cooks, massages or dive trips. All against normal pricing, without extra charge.
