Beds are king and queen sized (one king can be made into two twins) All beds with high count sheets, with Marimekko coverlets and shams. Teak dining table seats 8, two services for 12, ample seating and pool lounges. Gorgeous garden with jasmine and frangepani, humming birds and native song birds. Basic Housecleaning is done twice a week. Extra charges apply to cleaning beyond what would be expected. Damage deposit is required but renters are liable for any damage or missing items caused by renters or their guests which may be in excess of $500.
A 50% deposit is required with balance due 90 days before arrival. Payments may be made by check (in US dollars) or direct wire transfer. Payment details and contact information for the House Manager is provided in the rental contract.
