The original house was a 17th century building. It has been exquisitely restored and refurbished to provide the visitor a unique atmosphere combining an ancient environment with modern comfort.
We offer 5 fully decorated suites ideal for couples and families.
The house can be rented both( per room of the whole house)

San Blas is doubtless the most spectacular destination within Cusco. Its streets, alleys and plazas were shaped back in the colonial days, and are still very well kept up to modern days.
It is known as “The melting pot of all arts” and as a matter of fact most of the traditional artists (Craftsmen, sculptors, painters, wood carvers weavers, and jewelers) have their workshops here.
Our property is located in a quiet alley at only 3 blocks from the main plaza. Walking through the Inka streets and climbing the steep streets is a real experience full of color, art and shopping opportunities.

Aunque todo en Cusco está muy cerca del centro, el barrio de San Blas donde esta Casa Rosello destaca por su ambiente bohemio y apacible. Su ubicación permite moverte a cualquier parte de la ciudad, disfrutando una hermosa vista de ella.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias,cómodas y algo frías, pero la atención que distingue a este lugar hace que los friolentos lo pasemos por alto al ofrecernos bolsas de agua caliente y calentadores.
La tranquilidad del hotel es de destacarse, así como la amabilidad de don Carlos y Techi quienes personalmente hacen sentir a los huéspedes como en casa, buscando en todo momento satisfacer todas sus necesidades. Una gran ventaja, es que al tener una agencia de viajes, ellos te organizan según tus planes e intereses las visitas a lugares de interés y cualquier tipo de traslado.
En todo momento nos sentimos tranquilos, sobre todo cuando mi esposa la pasó muy mal por el mal de altura ya que siempre estuvieron al pendiente de ella, incluso ofreciendo la visita de un médico (afortunadamente no fue necesario).
Es un hecho de que cuando volvamos a Cusco, este será el lugar para hospedarnos. -

Our stay at this hotel could not have been better. The staff was friendly and eager to help with great local advice and perfect english. It was truely a clean, comfortable home away from home. The rooms were impeccable, the showers were perfect, and the location gave us an amazing view of the city, just steps away from the Plaza de arms. Even as we woke up at 5am for our excursion to machu Picchu, the staff was waiting, and eager to serve us a hot breakfast with well wishes for a great day. We looked long and hard for a great hotel, and now our search is over. We cant wait for our next visit to Cusco.

Magda and I spent a wonderful week with Carlos and his wife in this extremely quiet and secluded estate. Perfectly located 3 minutes away from Plaza de armas, going downhill, you will enjoy the suites, pleasantly decorated with local artifacts and beautiful rugs. The beds are very comfy, excellent linen and the like.
Carlos is more than helpful, absolutely arrange a visit through him to Cusco's fantastic Planetarium, you won't ever regret it! Quite an insight into inca culture. Ask for Durch timed eggs for your highly varied breakfast, a welcome change in this world of continental sadness...
Hope you will enjoy this heaven as much as we have. Staying in an family atmosphere, talking to highly kind and intelligent owners will brighten up your stay!

Wonderful stay in Casa Rosello

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Rosello. The house is located in a quiet street, in the heart of the lively and beautiful San Blas district of Cusco. From the balcony we had a breathtaking view over Cusco skyline. The room was recently refurbished, with all comfort and amenities you would expect. The owner Carlos and his wife welcomed us as if we were family, they did everything to make us comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend the place for a stay in Cusco !

Our stay was spectacular, the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of San Blas. The service was extremely good, the bedrooms amazing, we definitely recommend hotel Rosello!!!
