This Swiss holiday rental has a definite cozy cabin feel to it and yet it has all of today's convenient amenities and more! An indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and an outdoor Jacuzzi located on site make this self-catering accommodation in Switzerland a great family-friendly find.
[1300m2] This two-story chalet is situated in a quiet position with a landscaped garden surrounded by trees and a pond. There is a patio with a table, chairs, umbrella, and sun loungers, as well as a barbecue. The... first floor has a large balcony accessible from the bedrooms. Covered parking is available within the property grounds for up to three cars. There is also a private indoor swimming pool [4m x 10m], sauna, shower, billiards table, and an outdoor Jacuzzi available at an extra cost.

Ground floor: There is an open living room with three couches, a fireplace, cable TV, a DVD player, and access to the garden. Behind one of the couches is a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a service bathroom with a toilet.
First floor: The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two 90 cm single beds and access to the balcony. There is a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and tub with a handheld shower.
The property is located 300 meters from tennis courts and a ski bus stop and 500 meters from the center of Nendaz. Nendaz is a resort village with shops, restaurants, markets, a post office, bank, and fitness center. In summer, there are beautiful hiking trails that go through orchards in the valley, up through the mountains and from June to October, a cable car can take you up where you'll have panoramic views. During the winter, it'll be nice to know that Nendaz is within Les Quatre Vallées [the Four Valleys] ski region and features hundreds of kilometers of ski runs and snowboard tracks as well as an ice rink and ski school. A short drive to Sion would be an excellent choice for a day trip for not only is it the capital of the Valais, but it's also the third largest wine making region in Switzerland. The main sites include the Valère Basilica and the Chateau de Tourbillon, both offering gorgeous views.
