Stay in one of our BRAND NEW 1 bedroom Villa apartments. The Muskoka is located on the 2nd floor and The Somerset on the 3rd. Complete with FULL kitchen! Newly Built and completed in 2014, these apartments have everything you will need to stay for a week, or a year!

FAMOUS BEACH. Forbes Magazine ranked our beach, as one of the 10 BEST IN THE WORLD. Beautiful sand on shore and in the water; delightful waves; gradually gets deeper so you can play in shallow, calm water or go 50m out where the waves are breaking and you can still stand or body-surf, but the waves are fun without being dangerous.

PAMPERED BY OUR HOUSEKEEPER.

Our wonderful full-time, English-speaking Housekeeper will pamper you with daily housekeeping and laundry. She is an excellent cook and for an additional charge can offer breakfast, lunch or dinner for you in her separate kitchen or arrange a meal for delivery on short notice from the best restaurants or local sidewalk eateries. Our Housekeeper has also learned the art of making a great cup of coffee (french press, American drip or Vietnamese style).

ALMOST NO MOSQUITOES AT OUR VILLA.

We may have the only property for rent in Vietnam (including the finest resorts and hotels), that has carefully screened our windows and carefully built our window and door frames so there are no gaps. Elsewhere in Vietnam, you must keep all the windows closed and turn on the air conditioning to limit insects. But at our villa, during the day you can enjoy the ocean breeze free of flies and in the evenings you can relax without being bothered by mosquitoes. Our four poster beds still include a mosquito net.

LUXURY FURNISHINGS.

Our beds are much more comfortable than most resorts, the linen has high thread count, the tables and chairs are beautifully hand-crafted by a local carpenter, the appliances are all new, the glasses, plates, utensils and cooking pots are high quality, even the 2 air conditioners in each suite are the best on the market and ultra quiet.

WiFi, BROADBAND INTERNET, CABLE FLAT SCREEN TVs, SATELLITE CHANNELS.

We have a broadband cables direct to each floor and a router delivering WiFi so you can be online anywhere in our villa. Our Flat Screen TVs have local cable and satellite channels like HBO, ESPN, Star Movies, BBC and Australian, German, Chinese, Korean and Japanese News channels.

This Vacation Villa has everything you will need to enjoy the luxury of a boutique hotel while feeling right at home! The only place you will get the best of both worlds!
