Esta opinión es generalizada por todo el grupo que estuvimos la semana del 15 al 21 de agosto del 2012.
Es una finca bonita, pues tiene un exterior y un caserón encantadores, la pena es que el interior deja mucho que desear, se nota mucha dejadez y falta de mantenimiento, por lo que la ausencia de las mas esenciales prestaciones se hace caro el alquiler.
Tiene falta de limpieza en general, telarañas, mucho polvo y suciedad en los suelos. La lavadora no iba bien, fallos en el alumbrado y enchufes. De los 8 baños, 7 con problema en la ducha salía agua fria-ardiendo-fria-ardiendo y en uno salía solo fría, pues estaba averiado el calentador. En dos de los baños compartidos, no se podian cerrar las puertas. En otro baño incluido en una habitación, la taza del water estaba medio atascada por lo que no fluia bien y la cisterna con ruidos escandalosos muy molestos. Aparte muchos otros detalles de menos importancia.
