The owner, Tina, was really friendly and helpful. The house was tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. A good location for access to Cow Bay beach and local Daintree attractions.
The only minor drawback was its situation on the road to the local transfer station and the dust when cars drove by as our stay was during a hot, dry period.
The free use of internet and phonecalls was a big plus.
For the reasonable price, we would definitely recommend this holiday rental for anyone wanting to self-cater in the Daintree.Response from Ms Tina M Mrozek - 01/15/2013

Tina was so welcoming and helpful. Extra little touches just makes you feel so special from the ticket paid for on the ferry to the bread and milk supplied in the fridge for our arrival. The house was so comfortable with a sprawling lounge to kick back on and access to the internet. If you don't fancy looking at four walls in a resort or motel style accommodation this is for you.

Choosing to stay at Saraswati's Oasis was the best decision we made about coming to the Daintree. The house is impeccable, clean, comfortable, excellent cooking facilities, and the multimedia setup (internet, Voip phone to use inclusive, tv with movies available, Austar) was superb. It felt like a real home away from home, and was exceptional value for money.
Tina could not have been a more thoughtful and generous hostess. Her knowledge of local tours and helpfulness in finding things was exceptional.
We would recommend staying here without hesitation to anyone. We had such a good time before we left we were already talking about whether we could come annually! -

I stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed every moment. I got a personal kayak trip to magical coral cove and a fresh fish barbeque afterwards. The accomodation was very comfortable with everything you can think of. My host Tina was very informative about activities in the local area.The bird calls in on sunrise was amazing. I would recommend this holiday stay coming to the Daintree anytime.Go Tina!

We can not rave about Sarawtsi's enough. Tina has put a lot of time and love into her beautiful house. She has been very thoughtful in making the experience truely peaceful, luxurious and totally indulgant.
We were just blown away that a house run by solar power could be so versatile, having a computer with internet, spa, and a beautiful modern kitchen.
Although Tina lives on the propery she was totally unobtrusive and it was nice to have her advice on the local area etc when we asked for it. She even heated the outdoor spa ready for us after a day out!
The deck outside was heaven, listening to the birds whilst we had our fully cooked brekkie every morning (which tina provided the ingredients for)
We unfortunately didn't have enough time to use the kayaks but Tina had offered to drive us to the beach to go on an excursion...next time!!! -

The stay at Saraswati's was amazing! Not only was it a relaxing environment, the hospitality and accommodation were great! A must stay place, I will Definately be coming back!
