Villa Pia is located in the centre of Sutivan on Brac, near the beach Bunta. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house.

This beautiful villa with a pool of 20 m² is over 250 years old, and it was renovated in 2011. Villa Pia can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The ground floor (40 m²) has a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

The first floor (50 m²) consists of a kitchen with sitting room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a 25 m² terrace overlooking the pool.

On the second floor: (50 m²) there is a kitchen with sitting room and a terrace (6 m²) overlooking the garden and pool, while a bathroom... and 2 bedrooms have a beautiful view of the sea and the Brac canal.

The garden is intimate and full of flowers.

This island of stone, sea and sunshine is the largest in central Dalmatia. Brac Island has craggy shores and brown rocks, but also boasts wonderful beaches, such as Zlatni Rat (Golden Tongue), a spectacular jewel of nature.

The limestone karst and scrub alternate with fertile fields in the interior and pine woods on the heights.

Villages scattered along the coast and in the interior of Brac Island are like stone monuments, guarding the rich heritage of the past centuries.

Brac Island has had many rulers during its history, but its spirit remains unchanged and is best expressed in its most enduring product – the famous Brac stone. Some of that spirit has been incorporated in historical buildings, such as Diocletian's Palace in Split, and more modern edifices, such as The White House in Washington.

Sutivan is located on the northwest shore of Brač, opposite Split. It was probably named after St. John the Baptist (Sveti Ivan Krstitelj). Just as the Roman Emperor Diocletian built his summer palace in Split, one of his dignitaries built his own, known today as the Kavanjinovi Dvori in Sutivan.

Today, Sutivan is a small village with a Mediterranean atmosphere and beautiful beaches surrounded by forests. It has about 1,000 inhabitants, who have been engaged through the centuries in agriculture, fishing and seafaring. Sutivan is surrounded by well-ordered olive-plantations, vineyards and mandarin orange plantations. Its pedestrian and cycle paths are ideal for sport and recreation.

The cultural monuments in Sutivan are grouped around two churches- the old Croatian church of St. John (Sveti Ivan), the oldest in this part of the island.and the newer parish church of the Ascension, built in 1579. A special attraction is the Sutivan Nature Park, a wonderful place for excursions, rest and recreation for both old and young.

Cancellation policy : In case the guest cancels the confirmed booking 35 days prior to the guest's scheduled arrival, Orvas d.o.o. is entitled to keep the 30% of the total amount, the remaining 70% will be returned (less the bank costs). If the confirmed booking is cancelled 35– 0 days prior the guests scheduled arrival, Orvas d.o.o. is entitled to keep the full amount 100%.
