Dalyan beautiful villa with pool & stunning views

Orange Tree villa Dalyan:

Orange and Lemon Tree villas, are two beautiful Mediterranean style semi detached villas, set in their own extensive grounds with large private pool, for sole use of the villas and stunning mountain views. Quiet rural area, but only 7 minutes stroll from the charming town centre of Dalyan. The villas were newly built by a local architect in 2004 .Each villa has two air conditioned double bedrooms, with traditional stripped wooden floors, fitted wardrobes and balconies with stunning mountain views. The ground floor is spacious and open plan with ceramic tiled floors and marble staircase leading to the first floo...r . There is a fitted Shaker style kitchen , dining area with handcrafted pine table and chairs to seat 6, bright airy lounge with 2 double sofa beds, downstairs w.c. and under stairs utility room with washing machine, iron / ironing board and clothes airer. A door from the dining area leads onto the large shaded terrace, with terracotta tiled canopy roof, furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a stone terrace, furnished with sunbeds and parasols within a large garden with fruit trees, shrubs and flowers.

The pool and garden have stunning mountain views. The villas are cleaned weekly and a welcome hamper is available on request . All bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided. The pool and garden are looked after daily.

Dalyan

Dalyan is a charming small riverside market town, bustling, friendly and interesting but uncommercialised. There are shops, bars and restaurants which overlook the river, opposite stunning rock tombs carved high in the cliff, with boats plying between Lake Koycegiz and the vast unspoilt Iztuzu Beach , five kilometres of gently shelving golden sand , crystal clear blue sea framed by pine covered mountains(short boat trip from Dalyan). This is a conservation area, noted for the Loggerhead Turtles….thus the lush green scenery of the lake and river, golden beach and the surrounding mountains has been preserved….utterly beautiful.

Also on the river are the rejuvenating and therapeutic mud baths, which are great fun. Activities such as white water rafting, sea kayaking, horseriding, jeep safari , numerous boat trips etc. are available as well as excursions to ancient sites eg Ephesus and Pammukale. Dalyan is only a 25 minute journey from Dalaman airport.Read more

The villa is located on a quiet rural lane, just a seven minute stroll from the charming town centre of Dalyan, with its wide range of interesting shops,bars & restaurants. The local shop which sells all the essentials, including delicious freshly baked bread daily is a two minute walk from the villa. There are stunning mountain views from the pool and garden.

  Orange Tree villa is by far the best place we have ever stayed in.It was so lovely that we spent a lot of time lazing by the pool & eating out on the terrace with its wonderful views across to the mountains.
  The villa has a really homely feel, with lots of pictures & cushions and is really well equipped. It was spotlessly clean & the pool was cleaned twice a day.
  Chrissie was really helpful, arranging airport transfers & a welcome hamper, plus recommending some great plces to eat that we hadn't discovered on our previous visit.
  We have been to Dalyan before & have really fallen in love with the place. We will definitely return to Orange Tree next time.

  Fantastic, holiday of a lifetime!

  I cannot recommend Orange Tree Villa highly enough, it was perfect. The location is fabulous, really quiet with the most amazing views of the mountains, but Dalyan town centre is only a few minutes walk.
  The pool is wonderful, really big, our only problem was persuading the kids to leave it!The villa is beautifully furnished & has everything you could wish for.
  Chrissie, the owner was really helpful 7 friendly & arranged car hire for us at a great price :)
  Dalyan is such a special place with so many fantastic restaurants & interesting shops. Turtle beach is one of the best I have ever been to. We booked to go back almost as soon as we got back. Counting down the days now.
