Main house is 7 bedrooms book 2 bedroom cottage and make it 9 bedrooms (Sleeps 26-28)
Although we are only one mile outside of the town of Damascus, we are surrounded by 80 acres of woods and trails. A pond for fishing and trails for you or your horses. If you don't have a horse to bring, take a two hour trail ride or lesson only 5 minutes from the house. This house is 5,600 square feet three levels with plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy. There is also a separate mini kitchen and washer/dryer on the lower level.

guests over 20 the rate is 15.00 per person per day or night including visitors to the property. Main house is 7 bedrooms to make it 9, book the 2 bedroom cottage right out back. That rental is 250.00 a night wihich includes 2 people any over that is 15.00 per night per person. When booking the cottage by itself without house rental it is less. Thanksgiving rate per night is 900.00 with a 3 night min.

We had our annual Thanksgiving family reunion at this lovely home in Damascus, MD. It could not have been better stay. It is a great home for large group entertaining with an open kitchen connected to a open den area. The kitchen with two dishwashers and two ovens makes haveing a large family reunion much much easier. There was plenty of everything from a well appointed kitchen to plenty of glassware, dishes, and flatware for a group of over 20. Some special things about the house: an awesome theater room and converted barn that was ideal for young couples but close enough not to feel isolated. Added to this there was plenty of parking and the location was ideal with numerous sights so everyone could find something they wanted to do. Also it is close to grocery so last minute items was a quick trip. Easy drive from BWI for those flying in. We would recommend it highly for a large gather.

Our 5 adult children and 16 grandchildren, ranging in age from 1-20,had a terrific time. The large house and remodeled barn provided ample room for sleeping, visiting, eating and group activities. The large yard allowed for touch football, basketball, badminton, and lots of running. The owners recommended a chef who catered our dinners. It was a memorable and meaningful time for everyone.
