This condo is located on the front of the complex with panoramic ocean view on one side and pool view on the other. We are located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway and only 1 mile away to border of Laguna Beach and on the other side is San Clemente. It is also located mid way in between LA and San Diego on the Pacific Coast. About 1 hour and 15 min drive to either city.. You can take the family to Disneyland and Universal Studios in LA or Sea World , Lego Land or the San Deigo Zoo the other direction.

Rental rate is not due until 30 days before you arrive, deposit is due after you decide you want me to block out the calendar to save those days for you. A $500 deposit will be due upon reserving the condo and it will be returned directly after departure less $175 cleaning fee for 4 or $200 cleaning fee for 6 guests.

This was my first time that I stayed at Cleopatra. It is the smaller of Betha's properties. I loved the view from Ivory Coast but I liked being upstairs with the better view of the ocean at Cleopatra. I really liked all the closet and storage space. As always Betha had everything you could possibly need. This really makes packing a lot easier. This also makes for a much more home like experience. Betha goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. While we were there, she brought a fax and pair of glasses we had sent to her address. These little things are what always brings me back to Betha's . Thanks and I look forward to coming back to Dana Point but then who wouldn't.
