This luxuriously appointed ocean view condominium offers a pool-side location, two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, king sized beds in each bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Relax in the spacious living room on an oversized sectional sofa and enjoy a movie on the 50" high definition plasma TV while taking in the ocean view and cozy fire. Take a peak of the Pacific in the state-of-the-art kitchen that includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, and top-of-the-line culinary equipment. The airy dining area has seating for six and overlooks a private patio. This travertine covered patio provides seating for two, a stainless steel gas barbeque, and a view of the pool and spa.

In the master bedroom you will enjoy a plush California King bed, a built-in armoire containing a 32" TV and DVD player, and a console table with a cable high-speed Internet modem. The master bedroom also includes a patio overlooking the pool and spa. The luxurious master bedroom's private bathroom comes with double sinks and a walk-in travertine shower.

The second bedroom includes a deluxe California King bed, 27"built-in TV with a DVD player, and a private patio with an ocean view. The main bathroom has double sinks and a combination travertine bathtub/shower. The main bathroom also includes an enclosed laundry area with a washer, dryer, and ironing station.

  We really enjoyed this condo, it had all the amenities and was very comfortable -- nice beds, grill, large screen t.v., and decorated very nice. It was also in a great location across the street from a nice beach. Loved walking the beach everyday. I would say that it is better for 4 people instead of 6 though.

  Four of us stayed at this condo while visiting Ca. for a wedding. It was great. The condo was up to date, very comfortable, and immaculate. It felt like a home, not a rental space. Scott and Susan provided great service. They thought of everything in providing a fully equipped condo. We loved the location-- right across the street from the beach, were we walked everyday. Sunsets were great, and we saw whales in the distance. We loved the Dana Point location lots to do and it is easy to get to surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again.

  Beautiful, spacious luxury condo right across the street from the ocean.
  From the moment I walked in I knew I would be pampered!!
  So close to the secluded beach - just walk out your door. The weekend I was there was opening of an elevator tram from the parking entrance down to the beach. The sunsets were terrific!!
  Handy to everything in Dana Point as well as other communities along the coast. We traveled to San Clemente, Laguna Beach & Huntington Beach.

  Everything about this property was wonderful. The condo is beautiful. Extreamly clean. Beautifuly decorated and very comfortable. The location fabulous. The sunsets out the front door awesome. I enjoyed walks everyday along the beach right across the street. There is so much to do in the area I just wish that I had more time to enjoy it all. Everything about this condo is more than I could ask for. I will definetly be returning.
