This fully renovated and furnished 2-bedroom 2-bathroom house is located walking distance from the beach (Capistrano Beach) in beautiful coastal city of Dana Point in Orange County. Taking a 5 to 10 minute stroll down to the long stretch of beaches, you will pass a famous view point of Gazebo Park where you can view the entire coastline and if timing is right, the beautiful sunset over Catalina Island. Check out our pictures of the walking path and direction to the beach, it's a fun and safe walk for kids, elderly people and bikers as well. The beach (Capistrano Beach) along the scenic stretch of coast in south Dana Point, offers volleyball,... basketball, cycling, and other beach activities.

This vacation house is located half way between San Diego attractions (such as: Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Hotel Del Coronado, La Jolla) and north Orange County / Los Angles attractions such as: Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, Knotts Berry Farm, California Adventure, Angels Stadium, The Arrowhead Pond. Our property 5 minutes drive away from the 5 Freeway which can then take you to either direction.

Once you get home after a full day outdoor, you can enjoy the custom spa tub, the elegant rock fireplace, or just enjoy your large private backyard & deck and its gas BBQ grill. Our guests enjoy watching HD satellite channels or streaming their favorite videos from Netflix and Youtube as well.

Our house is totally remodeled to include a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances and cooking utensils that you can use to prepare your own meal if you wish. Other elegant interior upgrades include hardwood floor, corner rock gas fireplace, new full bath and new master bath with custom Spa Tub. For your convenience, house comes with washer/dryer and washing liquids, beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice cooler, and beach towels for your days at the beach.

Our rental property is perfect for week-long vacations, weekend getaways, house hunting visits, and temporary lodging for business professionals and relocated executives. You can stay from 2 Nights up to 3 Months. We look forward to sharing our cozy and comfortable house with guests from around the world.

Note1: We may allow pets depending on the weight/breed. Pet fees will apply if pet is allowed. Please ask us first.

Note2: In Summer we normally rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Otherwise at least either your Check-in or Check-out date should still be on Saturday.

Property is located half way between Los Anglese and San Diego, making one day trips to both Los Angeles (Universal Studios Hollywood,etc.) and San Diego (Sea World, San Diego Zoo,etc.) possible.

The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach! House is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, highways, shopping and most orange county tourist attractions such as Laguna Beach, Disneyland, etc.

  Ross was a wonderful host and we truly enjoyed our stay in his home for almost 5 weeks. He was respectful, helpful and attentive to our needs. The home was spacious and everything was depicted accurately in the photographs. We loved having a backyard and being able to BBQ. The Jacuzzi was a nice feature along with the large TV and fireplace. This is a great location in a family-oriented area with several opportunities to be active and neighbouring parks. We would love to stay again in the future and recommend Ross as your host and this place in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything :-)

  I am writing you to say thank you for the amazing house we had for our vacation. It was just the way we saw in the pictures in the web. Dana Point is lovely, we really liked it a lot! The beach is so near the house and the neighborhood is fantastic.
  Ross is such a helpful landlord who helped us with everything. We are so glad for choosing your house! Now, we want to back but in summer time and for sure we shall stay with you again.
