The comfortable and stylish accommodation is all on ground floor level and is capable of sleeping up to four people. This charming property lies two miles away from Whorlton and is situated on a former farm, three miles from Barnard Castle. The cottage has been imaginatively converted from an old stone stable and much consideration has been taken to transform the property into unique and superior holiday cottage, whilst retaining the original features and character throughout. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This cottage was really welcoming, nicely furnish and well equipped. The additoonal bonus of the extensive outdoor play area was a real hit with our 3 year old.

Well kept cottage, deservced it's star rating very clean & modern. Just to far to walk to Barnard Castle with young children but still an excellent location.

We had a warm welcome and were so pleased with our choice of accommodation. It was first rate, clean, spacious and comfortable. We could not fault it. We found plenty of places to visit in our weeks stay and certainly would recommend to friends.
