We stayed at Le Grand Residence corner of Knuckey & Mitchell Sts which is centrally located to shops, supermarket, restaurants & take-aways. Very secure entry to apartments and basement parking. Apartment was very clean & spacious with two queen size bedrooms and two full ensuites. The kitchen was fully equipped as was the laundry. The balcony provided a great view of the harbour and the city of Darwin. Would highly recommend.

although the view from the apartment wasn't much, the location & feeling of safety was very good.
transport, shopping, nightlife, eating,tours all within walking distance.

This apartment is situated right next to the water in the heart of Darwin. It's a great location, near many fine restaurants and really central. It's also really close to the water. The apartment itself caters for your every need. It has a nice balcony, is spacious and even includes a washing machine. The furnishings are perfect for a single person, couple of family and it is in a secure building which is easy to find. The property is in great condition too. Really recommend it for travellers.

From the moment we contacted this company the service was incredibly professional. We were blown away. Initial contact resulted in them recommending a property to suit out needs. Then as our initial dates were close to Darwin cup they suggested alternatives.
The apartement rented, Mitchell Grey ( one bedroom), is just beautifully appointed. Everything one needed, down to complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. The apartment is modern, clean and attractive. The kitchen has everything in it you need, including small supplies of things like cooking oil and cling wrap. really really impressed.
The service included a phone call before we arrived to check all was ok. Then they allowed us to check in when we arrived at around 6am, we were expecting to wait until the the usual check in time of 10am. operations manager Paul, made a specific trip to let us in.
Then as we are leaving at 7pm, they have allowed us the use of the apartment for the full day of our departure. I am sure this is not always an option at peak time, but is an indication of how customer oriented they are.
Apartment very central to everything.
Very very impressed, could not recommend this property or this company more highly
NB. We were concerned being on busy party Mitchell st, about noise from the night club below, but we have heard virtually nothing. No interupted sleeps at all -

Hazell House provided everything we needed; was luxurious with it's five bedrooms and spacious living area, big TV and soft leather couches, air conditioning and not even any annoying insects outside as we breakfasted out under the verandah. It was quiet and only 5 mins walk to the shopping centre and also to a great jogging/walking path along the water.
We are all pretty 'thingy' when it's comes to cleanliness and this place was very clean and the beds comfortable and very tastefully presented . We had a great time here; there were four couples and one child in all and every couple had their own room and one for the child too!
Our hosts (Cathryn/Paul) were really helpful and pleasant to deal with.
