BeachLife 2 is a stunning, executive 3 bedroom + study (or 4th bed on request. Property can sleep up to 8 individuals in 8 beds), 2.5 bathroom apartment in CBD only minutes from The Smith Street Mall, Darwin Convention Centre and waterfront precinct.

Located on the 8th level the apartment offers one of the most spectacular views in Darwin. Our apartment is located in a residential building which only has 2 apartments on each floor.

Tastefully decorated throughout, BeachLife Apartments are an excellent getaway to explore and reside in Darwin. Please note premium rates apply during V8 Supercars in June and Darwin Cup Carnival in early August, please enquire for a quote for this period.
Our 3 bedroom apartments are configured with either 1 king bed or 2 single beds in each bedroom (these can be configured depending on your requirements) and can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.

Should you wish to add a maximum of 2 extra people, the study in these apartments can accommodate 1 or 2 extra single beds (additional guest charges apply).

Up to one Portacot with linen is provided free of charge and infants under 2 years old are not included in the maximum guests per apartment

All payments are to be made in full before occupancy. Personal cheques not accepted.

An amount of 20% of full tariff is required as a deposit to secure your booking which is to be paid by credit card only.

The remaining 80% final balance can be either paid by credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT) which is due 1 month prior to your arrival date.

If paying final balance by credit card, there is a 2% merchant fee added to your payment.

The Security Bond
All bookings are subject to a $500 security bond.
This is reserved against your credit card from your arrival date until 48 hours after your departure. We reserve the right to charge your credit card up to this limit to cover our costs for any damages, losses or breaches of our terms of occupancy

  Hygienically, what can I say but extremely impressed.

  Very close to all restaurants and shops.

  Upon first entering the room we were wowed with the view straight from the front door, overlooking the beautiful harbour and sky views, with the full length window walls providing full access views from the lounge/kitchen area. The apartment is fitted with beautiful looking and ultra comfortable furniture and all tv's and whitegoods are modern and provide everything you need. The master bedroom is a sight to wonder with its beautifully comfortable bed, one of the best I've been on and the ensuite set out perfectly providing a nice open feel room. A beautiful afternoon on the outdoor balcony cannot be beaten watching the sun set over the darwin harbour.
  
  All in all 10/10 for the room and amenities and we will be staying here again!

  All the mod cons. The location is in the heart of Darwin and the view while you relax is fabulous. This is an apartment of the very best calibre and luxury which you will not want to leave. Our time in Darwin was made pleasurably as we kew that we had a lovely place to come back and continue with the day or evening. Denise was a lovely host and full of knowledge about the area which made our stay great. Denise, thanks again for the opportunity to stay in the fabulous apartment and for making it easy to book.   Denise was a wonderful host. Everything we needed was in the unit, she even left us little treats - thanks Denise.
  
  The unit was what you really want on a holiday, airy, comfortable, plenty of room for 3 couples, all mod cons, and very comfortable beds.
  
  The unit is very well located with just a short walk to the main shopping centre of Darwin. Just a 5 minute walk to Smith Street Mall for a morning cappuccino.
  
  Loved the views from both balconies, our own private B-B-Q and such lovely decor throughout the unit - a real tropical feel.
  
  I can't pick any one thing I liked best at Beachlife2 as all was just perfect. So a big thank you Denise and I know where I will stay next time I am in Darwin.

  Beachlife 2 was a fantastic apartment to stay in. We could not fault. Comfortable, clean, modern and great city location made it a ideal place for a perfect family getaway. The owner Denise was very friendly and helpful, her personal touches made the apartment a home away from home. A great place to relax after day trips and sight seeing.   Lovely new apartment which easily sleeps six with great views over Darwin Harbour. Very tasteful main bedroom with ensuite. Ideal location to wander down main street or to walk to the wharf area for dinner or wave pool.

  What a fantastic place to stay - an immaculately presented apartment, with fantastic views of the bay. Close to everything in the CBD and comes with the convenience of 2 car parks. This place is definitely worth paying that little bit extra for - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
